Went in about 6 Halloween night. Had never been in before. We will definitely be back. There were a guy and girl working. Donuts were good! The female working was super friendly and chatty :)

Got there just after they opened and was greeted as I walked in. I didn't know what doughnuts I wanted and just asked for a dozen and to surprise me. Well all 12 were amazing d the crew at my team meeting loved them. Great fresh doughnuts.
Love this place. Maple bacon and peanut butter bacon are amazing. Always hot and Delicious.

Donuts are always good but the customer service is very awful, every time I go in there the workers seem to be irritated and they never greet customers and are always on their phone or in the back. The customer service appeal is not there at all and not inviting whatsoever.Also they stare at you like you are bothering them and they have a issue with you ordering food, it’s just always a very strange and uncomfortable experience going in there. there is no reason or excuse for that.

I arrived 35 minutes before closing, promptly greeted by the person making the donuts. Unfortunately, the cashier handling my order was incredibly rude, displaying an unpleasant demeanor. Another customer arrived after me, receiving no acknowledgment while the cashier remained on their phone. Regrettably, I won't return to this location.
Drink was made incorrect. Some other woman came around to fix the drink and had an attitude the whole time. This restaurant has seen a decline in customer service

Ordered 2 donuts and 2 shakes. The customer service was very dry, like she didn't want to be there. The wait was over 30 mins, no communication. My sister asked how much longer and the lady advised that there were just 2 of them. Communication is key! If you're short handed, let people know. If it's going to be a long wait.. let people know. It wasn't even that it was just them... they were moving soooo slow. The made my donuts 1st and the sat there while we waited for the shakes. Definitely weren't warm. Will never visit this location again!
