Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. It’s 11am, the day is just getting started, on Valentine’s day at that, and the lady at the drive through was already starting my order off with an attitude. She made me and my partner very uncomfortable, after our experience with her we no longer were interested in their food simply due to the fact that the first person we encountered had a horrible attitude. We had a MUCH better experience across the street at the lovely Starbucks. I highly recommend going there over Dunkin on Bragg Blvd. Thanks 😘.

I ordered a bagel with a medium strawberry dragonfruit with cane sugar. I had it delivered (extra pay). I asked for it to be toasted, NOT ELECTROCUTED. On top of that, my drink was colored water with no sweetner. If you don't want to do the order right, I would rather you call me and just say that and refund my money. No one ever answers the phone here...is it because you know the orders are wrong? Terrible!

Horrible customer service. This Dunkin needs to be under new management. They have supply chain issues, never having what is ordered. The employees all seem unfamiliar with their job and potentially under the influence. I was excited when this Dunkin opened but it quickly fell to shambles.

Whoever is the manager for 10/20/25 needs to be fired. Allowing friends to be behind the counter managing food. Horse playing in the store very unprofessional. Glad I didn’t pay for anything i drove off. Bad management.

I order a Boston cream, with a jelly donut, and avocado toast with sliced bacon. Not only did I not get sliced bacon but I didn't get any bacon. I didn't even open the bag to check the donuts dumb of me because I pulled off and then checked and found that I didn't get a jelly donut I got a regular glazed donut. Then when I returned the toast no apology, no my bad. And they gave me crumb bacon which equaled maybe one piece of bacon. To cover that whole slice of toast? FOH! there was no manager there at 1:45 in the afternoon and none to return. Apparently Tiffany couldn't be bothered. The store is being ran by teenagers. Who is the owner? CHECK on your investment sir or ma'am. I'm going to Google now to cry, goodbye.

6 employees behind the counter. I stood there for over 2 minutes as THE ONLY CUSTOMER and I was NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED. I walked out. DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANT ANY KIND OF ACTUAL SERVICE OTHER THAN LOUSY SERVICE.

Not exactly what the picture on the menu.. I asked for it to be lightly toasted because last time it was burned and this is what I got. My thing is you wrapped this sandwich and saw the condition of it. Leads me to believe it was done on purpose. Receipt time 11:58 AM September 15, 2025
