Horrible customer service. This Dunkin needs to be under new management. They have supply chain issues, never having what is ordered. The employees all seem unfamiliar with their job and potentially under the influence. I was excited when this Dunkin opened but it quickly fell to shambles.

Whoever is the manager for 10/20/25 needs to be fired. Allowing friends to be behind the counter managing food. Horse playing in the store very unprofessional. Glad I didn’t pay for anything i drove off. Bad management.

I order a Boston cream, with a jelly donut, and avocado toast with sliced bacon. Not only did I not get sliced bacon but I didn't get any bacon. I didn't even open the bag to check the donuts dumb of me because I pulled off and then checked and found that I didn't get a jelly donut I got a regular glazed donut. Then when I returned the toast no apology, no my bad. And they gave me crumb bacon which equaled maybe one piece of bacon. To cover that whole slice of toast? FOH! there was no manager there at 1:45 in the afternoon and none to return. Apparently Tiffany couldn't be bothered. The store is being ran by teenagers. Who is the owner? CHECK on your investment sir or ma'am. I'm going to Google now to cry, goodbye.

Not exactly what the picture on the menu.. I asked for it to be lightly toasted because last time it was burned and this is what I got. My thing is you wrapped this sandwich and saw the condition of it. Leads me to believe it was done on purpose. Receipt time 11:58 AM September 15, 2025
I stopped going to this location when I ordered on my mobile app, drove there and the store was closed at 6 am. I decided to give them another chance and at 11am they were out of biscuits and boston creme donuts. The donuts they did have were just thrown loose in a bag. The woman working at the drive through was pretty rude about the whole thing. I recommend sticking to the raeford road location.

ZERO STAR EXPERIENCE – Deeply Disappointed Location: Dunkin’ Donuts – Fayetteville, NC (Skybo & Sycamore Dairy Rd)
If I could give this Dunkin’ Donuts negative stars, I would. This visit was a total disappointment from the moment I walked in. The place was unclean, and the staff seemed more interested in their personal phones than in the customers.
The young woman at the counter was actively talking on her phone while trying to take my order. I had to repeat myself five times just to get a simple coffee and sandwich. There was zero attention to detail, no sense of urgency, and absolutely no professionalism. If this is how the staff is allowed to operate, then the management is clearly just as careless.
Sadly, this experience tells me that customer service is not a priority at this location. I will not be returning and will be actively looking for another place that values both their product and their customers.

Ordered a nitro cold brew, was given an ice coffee and told it was cold brew after questioning it. It looked like iced tea. Nitros look like a stout. Went to the spring lake location to ordered a nitro to compare. Theirs looked like a stout not iced tea. This is the third time this has happened in the last year. I gave the place a chance to see if it was a one off or a bad day but they don’t actually have nitro. The food was good and as expected of a DDs.
