I stopped in for an Easter treat thankful they were open. I’m glad I went inside to see the amazing staff. There were only 3 people working and they were out of stock on a lot of popular items. They were SO kind as they were all moving smoothly to service everyone as quickly as possible. All three had great communication and absolutely wonderful customer service. I am super impressed with them and their attitudes.

This is my first time ever having dunkin’ i received a gift card so i decided to use it at the one near my sons gym . Kayla took my order she’s very sweet and informative. The other employee suro if i’m not mistaken is also very sweet . The coffee is coffee i’m not a coffee drinker so it tastes the same as any other coffee to me . the donuts were decent wish they were fresh other than that no complaints.

WORST STAFF POSSIBLE !! THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE, WHENEVER THEY DO STAFF MEMBERS ARE POSING AS THE MANAGERS AND THEN PUTS THE MANAGER ON THE PHONE IN MID CONVERSTATION. THE MANAGER IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO ADDRESS AN ISSUE WITH A FOOD ORDER!! FOOD IS THROWN TOGETHER, SANDWHICHES BURNT, ITEMS MISSING!! JUST STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!! HORRIBLE SERVICE ALL AROUND !

I love dunkin. However the one in fayetville I avoid. I ordered a large sweet tea and a red velvet donut. The tea tasted almost molded. ( I wish that was an exaggeration, unfortunately it's not.) The donut was stale.

The people at this location are by far the most elite group of customer service professionals I’ve encountered in a very long time. They know my name my order my VEHICLE when I pull up. People buy from people not establishments. I genuinely enjoy my daily interactions with the group at this location and could not be more happy or impressed with the level of courtesy and initiative I see with them everyday.

I ordered an iced caramel macchiato add whipped cream to the speaker. Everything was good until I got to the window. Tiny the cashier had rung my order wrong at the speaker and proceeded to tell me they didn't have that and I said "Well correct it" She failed to do that and just laughed. My drink was made wrong and when I asked for it to be fixed Tiny got an attitude with me. Which caused the manager to have to come out to fix the problem. Tiny should have corrected when she knew my order was rung up wrong. Instead, she just continued to cash me out. Not only did I pay a cheaper price but they had to make my order twice. Please teach your cashier/driver through staff to correct orders if they aren't the same at the window to prevent further problems. Tiny may be better just sweeping the lobby or cleaning bathrooms the way she handled her mistake. Do better! Mistakes do happen but she knew I was rung up wrong and still didn't fix it.

Came here for coffee, tea and a few food items. Butchered nearly everything I ordered.? Snackin Bacon? Soggy and limp.? Mint tea? They put green tea instead, guess it's green colored right?? Avocado toast? Sure, let's just cram it in a paper bag so it's smeared like goo...delicious.Only thing correct was the coffee. Epic fail Dunkin. ???

If i could give this place a lower star rating i would. Every single time i come through here the ovens are either off, they’re cleaning them, or they just say they aren’t making food. As the one 15 minutes away is closed due to short staff. If you don’t know what a medium hot coffee regular means and you have to ask cream and sugar you should get a new job. As in the food area shouldn’t managers be there to make sure things are going as they should. By looking at the reviews it seems this place isn’t doing too well. Ur employees seem rude, incompetent, and lazy. if you don’t like ur job get a new one. stay away from this dunks. Also only drive thru was open but 4 girls inside.
