First time coming to this location. First off, I asked about which drinks had whip cream on them, the cashier couldn't tell me, he took me to the touch screen kiosk to order. Secondly, once on the kiosk I asked how to use my account to get rewards noone could tell me or show me on my mobile app. So I get didn't get my points for ordering. Thirdly, I ordered the munchkins but they were out after I placed my order, but she replaced them with 2 glazed donuts. The iced caramel latte was pretty good tho.

This dunkin has always been known to me and my friends as the 'bad dunkin', and it was to be avoided whenever possible. Unfortunately it's the only coffee place on my drive to work, so I've gone more often then I would have otherwise wanted to.

Coffee orders are wrong around 40% of the time. The wait times are unbelievably out of control. They're always out of ingredients/cup sizes/straws/etc. The prices are rising (though not as bad as some other restaurants).

But though all of this has been annoying, I like the coffee and it being the only availability kept me coming back despite all the issues. I've never complained about it or left a bad review because I know all these massive issues and I still made the decision to go back anyway, so that's on me.

But, my most recent experience was the final straw. I ordered ahead on the app since wait times are a known problem there and I didn't have time to sit in the drive through/line for 20 minutes; a common length of the wait time there. So I order like 10+ minutes in advance, pull up, park, and try and go in to get my drink, and the doors are locked.

The staff then gestured for me to go through the drive through, which had a line of maybe 9 or 10 cars.

I showed my receipt for my walk in order, through the window, and they again just gestured to the drive through. I pointed at my watch and the cars, trying to convey I don't have time to wait in the drive through, and they just shrugged and turned away and ignored me.

I understand that me being in a hurry is not their problem. If I hadn't already paid I wouldn't have cared and would have just left, but the app was allowing walk in orders to be placed still, and they were happy to take my money.

I'm guessing the doors were closed due to a staffing shortage issue? Possibly? But I don't actually know because they didn't even put a sign on the door explaining that the lobby was closed or whatever. They just got annoyed and gestured me to go away basically.

I left without the coffee that I already paid for and won't be going back to this establishment again in the future.

I love the workers at this location. They’re always super polite, full of energy, and very kind. It stays busy so sometimes there is a wait but hands down the best workers of any Dunkin I’ve been to! I appreciate yall!

They have mold in the pipes for the green tea sweet tea and cold brew and the iced coffee there’s roaches in the entire espresso machine I worked there was terminated because I was gonna reach out to Hr about it I have video but not gonna post I post the pictures instead the picture shows the mold I cleaned out of the machine pipe but it is clogged on there everyone is drinking mold🤷

I cant even begin to explain my frustration with the stupidity of whoever made my breakfast this morning. Ordered avocado toast and got just a piece of toast with nothing on it…..
Not to mention the service is super slow, you need to add at least 20 minutes to your trip if you stop at this location.

Not sure what happened but this location went downhill extremely fast.

Absolutely trashy service all-around. When walking in I notice the employees seemed lost and confused. The line for pickup and outside was long. While waiting on my coffee and elderly man can in to place his order for coffee. They told him he would have to use the screens by the door to order. The man said I don't know how to use them and they basically told him oh well, have a nice day. Another man had a problem with his order 🙄 and wanted to speak with the manager. The manager acted like she didn't want to speak with him and just brushed him off. My order said ready but was not on the mobile order shelf. I walked up to the counter and asked for my drink and the girl just ignored me and finished her conversation with her coworker. This place needs to be closed until they get staff that actually wants to be there and puts their costumers first.

Inconsistent. And not to imply that means there’s ever been a good experience. It’s just varying levels of bad. Dunkin in the south is hit and miss, although this location is always a miss. I keep trying it hoping it will be like up North after enough complaints. No matter how you order your drink, it’s gonna come out different than expected. Ask for extra sweeteners and it comes out like maple syrup. Ask for the regular amount, it’s bitter. The food is either burnt on the edges and REFRIGERATOR cold in the middle or you get stale unheated bread. I don’t get it. Starbucks is able to be super consistent. The Dunkin’s up north are AMAZING. If you’re going to open a franchise, you have to care. Bad food and drink from a food and drink company is…well, stupid.

Who ever was working the drive thru window at this location 10/27 @11:50 am needs to be fired. She had a terrible attitude completely unprofessional. we specifically asked for whipped cream on our capp blasts when ordering. she tried handing them to us without whipped cream and we nicely asked for whipped cream to be put on & she had an attitude about it. we ordered a sausage biscuit then at the window she told us they were out of biscuits so we said if they could put it on an everything bagel that would be fine. after we drove away we opened the bag and they gave us a regular bagel which is whatever but the whole interaction was annoying
