Customer service is terrible. I have been served cold and old coffee when asked for hot coffee. The instructions we give for food are definitely not followed. Moreover, the lady on drive through is very rude. She refused to give ketchup with my sandwich.

Worst location with poor customer service. I’ve been going there all of this week about 6:25 am and the same cashier messes up the order every single morning and has an attitude. On top of that they serve you half cup of coffee for your money. Poor service and horrible mix as my choice has also been bitter all week when it should have a sweet taste. My kid discards hers every morning this weekend because of the bitter taste. Today is Friday and that’s it for me and them as this is my last try with them.

I promised myself never ordering again from this location, if u order online the door would be close all the time, they make go through the drive through by the time I got to the window my sandwich it’s cold and my iced coffee tasting like water now.

Customer service always sucks, it's like the atmosphere there is horrible. It's rare to find a perky employee there and the drive thru is kind of weird when there's a long line. It wasn't well thought out.

If you are looking for disappointment, a long wait, and the wrong order; THIS is the Dunkin for you.I have visited here a total of five times. I understand, why do they keep coming back? To give it a chance. 1 out of the 4 times they got the order correct after I watched closely. So the other visits:-15 minute wait for coffee, 2 x donuts, and to pancake wake up wraps (which came out as some tortilla wrap) had an infant with so didn’t have time nor patience to check.-12 minute wait: ordered for my spouse and myself. Coffee was missing the Carmel in the iced CARMEL craze latte. Ordered 2 egg and cheese pancake wrap, one sausage egg and cheese pancake wrap, one bacon eggs and cheese pancake wrap, 2 donuts. The person taking my order didn’t know what a French cruller was, then almost forgot after being reminded, immediately after taking my order, the simple GLAZED DONUT! The funny part about the order is the employee had to call over another employee to help put the pancake wraps in. So I had to give that part of my order multiple times, and after corrections to get it correct and being read back to me correctly, the “maybe has a GED” person operating the simple microwaves couldn’t put the orders correctly and gave me half tortilla wraps and half pancake wraps. Spouse with infant in the car and baby wasn’t happy so order messed up.- now we arrive at today. This wasn’t a messed up order, because I didn’t get a chance to place my order because there wasn’t any point in doing so. I ordered my drink and was told “we can’t make that because we ran out of espresso”. Really Dunkin? It’s 10am, how are you out of espresso that early? I’ll tell you how, garbage employees and management. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I hold no resentment against fast food employees, as the industry allows us to move about busy days/lives and grab food on the go since meal times have become less sacred. But I go to FAST FOOD, because it’s FAST, or should be. Readers are probably thinking go to another Dunkin or Starbucks. Sure the next closest Dunkin is about 15 minutes opposite of my direction of travel and a hard pass on the burnt coffee taste.Figure this mess out Dunkin…

This location has to be by far the worst in this town. They are ridiculously slow and almost never get orders correct. Their customer is hit and miss, we used to come her almost everyday but over the course of the last 4 months it has gone extremely down hill.

terrible. coffee was dog water. had to wait. cldnt tell me what food was available. was backlogged from the lunch rush at 130pm. horrible. done wiith DD nationwide. will never even consider visiting another location ever again. forget DD. im done.

A manager from another store was working this morning. I asked for a large matcha drink and when I got to the window, I saw it was only half full because I asked for no ice and not hot. I told them I’d take my money back then and that I never had this problem here before. He said that’s what they told him to do! I won’t ever come there again!

3 out of the last 4 times I've been there they have totally messed up my order. French vanilla, cream and sugar and I get black coffee no cream, no sugar. Doesn't make any sense.

gave us black iced coffee at first right after ordering even a coworker said the coffee looked crazy ! then gave us the right one but tried to rush us out the drive through saying “everything is on there, you can just check” and closed the window. was very rude! kennys name is on the receipt (idk if this is who took care of us or the manager) @1:47 PM
