Only being able to order from a kiosk is awful and there is no counter presence or customer service at all. Bring back real people taking orders because this is insane. It's not more efficient and it's not a more pleasant experience. Changing to a kiosk only made this location worse.

Pleasant experience, touch screen upon entering, make your selections. Wait was not long both times we went there were only two customers ahead of us, service was fast and correct.

How are you going to be in customer service and have ZERO customer service!? Horrible nonchalant, arrogant, rude interactions with the male and female at both drive thru windows. The iced latte was a cup of creamer and milk. Don’t waste your peace or money dealing with these incompetent employees!!!!

Definitely some of the nicest staff I've come across. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel like an old friend rather than just another customer.

Nowhere to sit inside or outside so this isn't the place if you're looking to chill and enjoy your coffee and donuts.

Service was fast and the donuts were great. My hash browns were pretty soggy though.

All in all I'd absolutely go back just to get to be around the awesome staff here.

Horrible service. Sat at the window to order for 8 min. No line. No one said anything. I asked was there going to be a wait so I could go elsewhere. They need to be retrained. Go to the skibo location! Kids are in there playing. I called the one a ma’am and he was a sir so I’m unsure if that’s why he ignored me asking if there would be an extensive wait.

Horrible Horrible Horrible, waiting in the drive thru for more than 10 mins to pick up a mobile order that was placed 10 mins before arriving is insane. My drink is never made right, they claim that during a rush they dont have time to read what all is requested which is crazy seeing how the name of the drink itself says what's supposed be in it. And the time I usually stop Im the only car in line. Can't even go inside to pick up your order majority of the time they have the doors locked. With how long it takes them at the drive thru cars are wrapped around the building. They either need to bring back the old crew or shut down

Food the same as all Dunkin 🍩 nuts, are not fresh and it's delivered to Dunkin Donuts. Service terrible there's no cashier present, and a bell rings when you enter. Your order doesn't get filled unless you input it into the kiosk. You can't view it behind the cashier counter wrapped around the corner out of view of customers. I Spent 15-20min waiting on pre-made Donuts after I paid because Noone came to the counter.

Coffee not hot. Hashbrowns soggy sandwich that is supposed to have 2 full piece of bacon on it. Had 4 tiny scraps of bacon. Bagels almost burnt

I love the kiosk!!! Quick and simple. The workers were very pleasant. Wait time 4 minutes! The youth gets a lot of slack for customer service but here, they were cool and had every donut I ordered 😎

It’s always something with this Dunkin’ Donuts it’s either short staffed and only serving drinks, only accepting mobile orders or waiting in the drive thru line for 10-20 min they just need to go ahead and shut it down

No staff greets you when you walk in and you order from a kiosk. It took 20 minutes to get a dozen mixed donuts and I heard the staff in the back state get the drive through first, they can wait! I was not impressed with the customer service nor the cold inefficient nature of this establishment.

I’m starting to think the workers are slow and they don’t never have anything in stock. There’s always this one girl Heavy set with an attitude and don’t like to do her job. She need to be fired.

Long waits for doughnuts they dont have to begin with, every time. Can't even get glazed doughnuts right, they come out soggy and smashed. Go to 7-11 instead.
