Food the same as all Dunkin šŸ© nuts, are not fresh and it's delivered to Dunkin Donuts. Service terrible there's no cashier present, and a bell rings when you enter. Your order doesn't get filled unless you input it into the kiosk. You can't view it behind the cashier counter wrapped around the corner out of view of customers. I Spent 15-20min waiting on pre-made Donuts after I paid because Noone came to the counter.

Coffee not hot. Hashbrowns soggy sandwich that is supposed to have 2 full piece of bacon on it. Had 4 tiny scraps of bacon. Bagels almost burnt

I love the kiosk!!! Quick and simple. The workers were very pleasant. Wait time 4 minutes! The youth gets a lot of slack for customer service but here, they were cool and had every donut I ordered šŸ˜Ž

It’s always something with this Dunkin’ Donuts it’s either short staffed and only serving drinks, only accepting mobile orders or waiting in the drive thru line for 10-20 min they just need to go ahead and shut it down

No staff greets you when you walk in and you order from a kiosk. It took 20 minutes to get a dozen mixed donuts and I heard the staff in the back state get the drive through first, they can wait! I was not impressed with the customer service nor the cold inefficient nature of this establishment.

I’m starting to think the workers are slow and they don’t never have anything in stock. There’s always this one girl Heavy set with an attitude and don’t like to do her job. She need to be fired.

Long waits for doughnuts they dont have to begin with, every time. Can't even get glazed doughnuts right, they come out soggy and smashed. Go to 7-11 instead.

Looks like the service hasn't been great since the guy with the locks left. I would grab a latte every morning and he was so pleasant. For the past few month the service has gone down the toilet. You'll wait at the drive through for 10mins before they'll acknowledge you are there. I was once the only car and no one every came to the speaker, when I drove off, the employee was outside taking to someone in a Mini Van. Not once have I gotten through that drive thru without, at the least, a 15min wait. On another occasion I had ordered a sweet tea like normal, the sweet tea was horrible, I asked them to swap it out for unsweet and it taste the exact same! I just asked for my money back and the young guy says, I tried it and it taste like the sweet tea, from the gallon, at the store... instead of trying to give me the money back. The tea tasted as if a chemical was mixed in! There has also been once or twice that the tea has been spoiled but that taste was something completely different. Then it took another 10mins for the supervisor to get it refunded, so she place it on a gift card. I headed to the one on SKIBO to find out there was nothing on the card. Just shut it down at this point!

Laziest employees on the planet. They have no issue giving you the wrong food and a terrible attitude while they’re at it.

Come at come at a certain time and you're surely find every feflavor of donut you wan't but there are days when there's Nothing on the shelf.

I'm not a fan of not paying with cash. They don't accept cash. This is only a drive through or pick up only pay with card only. Another franchise doing what many Starbucks have already done. They don't have dine in. They don't accept cash. The definitely don't want you to order inside, they do provide you with two screens to order pay with card and get your rear out as quick as you can. I guess people like this type of business, I don't. I'm old I rather deal with a cashier and most definitely rather see them grabbing the food in front of me as they used to have. I will not return.
