Not to be a mean person but out of everything at Dunkin' Donuts the service was the worst thing. I went there today in the service was so rude. We asked if the donuts were fresh and she sounded very rude and said I don't know we don't make them here. On top of that the surface of the window was even worse no I contact just put the card into the reader so I can pay and then just give it back and close the window something happened at the second window just give me my Donuts didn't say a word and closed the window.

Very rude when ordering how do you work for a dunkin' donuts and not know what donuts you offer? When trying to explain was cut off & just told to pull around smh There's a sign outside with all the donuts on it lol .... Taking my business elsewhere

If you are searching for a Dunkin' Donuts that consistently lacks donuts regardless of the time of day, then look no further, as this is the establishment for you. I am not exaggerating when I say that this is the most disappointing Dunkin' Donuts I have ever visited. Despite stopping by more than five times due to its location on my route home, the experience has been consistently disappointing. Initially, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, assuming it was just a matter of timing. However, even when I visited around 1 pm, the situation remained the same. They would be better off shutting down the store rather than operating in this manner. Save yourself the time and effort by avoiding this location, as I can guarantee you that they will not have any donuts available.

Went there a couple minutes ago everything we tried to order was no we’re out example, no we don’t have regular Pepsi we’re out, but we have Pepsi zero, no we’re out of Munchins we only have one flavor and that is chocolateglazed no we don’t have churros, this is not the first time we’ve experienced this at this location, we work at a nursing facility near by and our co-workers have experience the same. Especially after waiting in line for 7 mins. Why open if you don’t have the merchandise, you advertise. WOW

Had a mobile order. Got home and realized 2 donuts and a whole coffee was missing. Went back to have the coffee made again and they gave us what was suppose to be a signature latte that tastes like coffee and milk. I guess adding whipped cream and a couple pumps of flavor was too hard for them. They need help. Won't be going back to this location

Today was my first time trying this location, I was pleasantly surprised! It was a bit of a wait but not anything strenuous. Everyone was pleasant and had a smile. My coffee was great and my food was hot and delicious! I will definitely be switching to this location now! Thank you!

Go to skibo location or any other location than this one! (In the morning anyway) they’ll mess your drink up then When u go inside to get it fixed they get mad in the back start yelling and using the most foul language I counted the F word 3 times!! Never saw her face but she’s making the drink and speaking on spitting in the drink why would I want it anymore! Never using this location again!

Horrible location. If the drinks aren’t made right, then they supplement it with rude customer service. The little boy with the afro is the absolute worst!!! I visited a few other times over the last 6 months and the last time I came the manager with the super long ponytail and the cashier with all the tattoos made my day and my order amazing. I don’t know what happened but ever since I stopped seeing either one of them the location has gone WAY below satisfactory. I like to observe and have encountered workers on their phone, using profanity, and with 2 experiences I encountered an employee that took my order, made my order, and handed it out to me because as I was told “most of the crew just sits and hangs out all day with the manager of the store. I gladly tipped her $50 because she went above and beyond and seemed to be the only one working. I would suggest finding another location to better suit your needs, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, you’ve been warned.

This morning I had the lady make an order for me and had her made me a frozen coffee. Not what I asked, and I let her know. She goes to the back and the lady in the back says What's does it matter. I think it's rude to say things out loud where you could be heard. I had came before and the gentleman had took my order and I gave him a tip, he was very respectful and helpful. But I will never come there again. Hot Chocolate frozen coffee it's different taste from Moca shots. I didn't get an attitude but I believe that people that can't deal with respects towards customers regardless if the order was wrong. A simple mistake instead getting a bad review. Bragg Blvd Dunkin is more about their customers.

At that point I wasn’t even going to try to have them fix it after sitting at the window for almost 10 mins for an order that should’ve already been ready.

Donuts have NOT been fresh the 2 times I went there. I went back the 2nd time to give them another chance. (Bad Idea). They should be ashamed. I have been to the one on Skibo and Raeford Rd and theirs have been fresh each time. I hate this is the closest location me but never again. #
