I have been to this location several times, and every single time I get told they are “out” of cappuccino blast mix. Last week I asked when they would have some the guy said Wednesday, I went back yesterday and today and they are still “out” the workers are terrible and so is the service.

Two young ladies working, were great .. But the store has no manager present and some of the flavors of ice cream look depleted and itsnot even 1230 noon yet.Hot fudge is runny and looks like the machine needs to be serviced..There should be a manager on duty.
Not a bad place but the prices for a standard doughnut are up there.
Ordered hash browns n this was the 2nd order because the 1st order was hard, get the order that's posted n it was worst. They said most ppl like it like this, I asked them to actually pick one up, they were like bricks. The workers was visually irritated that I was requesting for a 3rd time to have my hash brown made over. Once I saw thier expressions I immediately canceled my order of hash browns because I do not like eating behind angry workers and the fact I could not see them making my food. Im assuming the grease was old or the timer was off, whatever the mistake was, they didnt take accountability.

I went to the location this morning from my way from a doctor’s appointment and I stopped to get my signature caramel craze latte. I pulled up to the speaker and no greeting. Just what can I do for you? Got the same order always get the caramel craze. I then proceed to the window. The girl opens the window and holds her hand out. I assumed she was asking for my card, but they didn’t give any kind of introduction or hello. I did pull up my phone to scan my rewards and nothing, she closed the window and went about her way. Nothing, not even “it’ll be a minute”. No nothing! Just annoyance that I was even there. Then my drink comes in the cup is completely covered in coffee. I don’t know whether it’s my coffee or someone else’s coffee or something that something splashed on the coffee cup. The service and presentation was terrible. No napkins were even offered. The lady that handed it to me didn’t say have a nice day after I said, thank you so much, nothing just completely ignored me and went on about her business. Didn’t see if I needed anything additional. I did not drink the coffee from the cup. I went straight to my home and poured the coffee into a different cup to even be able to drink it and then come to find out the cup is half empty. I will never be going back to this location.

The Decaf coffee here is hit or miss. Sometimes outstanding, other times so bad I’ve had to toss it out after tasting it. I’ve learned to go early in the morning. The younger guy with the brown hair pulled back into a ponytail apparently knows how to make the best cup of coffee, when he’s there it’s always perfect

30 minute wait for a Colletta & munchkins when I was the 2nd person in line. They are severely understaffed (2 employees) and it was 530pm and I heard them say they started at 5am. With what Dunkin now charges for everything they surely could afford to schedule more help and give shorter shifts.
I'm very disappointed a whole lot of my items were missing I'm never ordering from here again when I ordered on Uber eats

Yikes. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever experienced. Pulled up to the drive through and asked for a second to look at the menu as I don’t frequent Dunkin. The staff said “sure take your time” and then proceeded to say “I didn’t want to talk to you anyway”. I’m sure he didn’t realize he was still on the speaker. I proceeded to order and when I ordered my items I could hear him making rude comments. After getting my food at the window, I did confirm with another employee that it was their assistant manager on the headset. Ultimately would not return.

Updated 07/11/2025: Yesterday 07/10/2025, the female staff (they have no name badges/tags) falsely accused me of not paying for my order the day before & said they couldn't serve me until I paid from 07/09/2025. I pulled up my app & credit card for proof but the wouldn't come back to the window. They also shut the entire store down! They said they were calling the police. I waited and we called the police ourselves because it was taking so long. The police came, I showed my proof of payment from 07/09/2025 and the entire week too. A regular customer where I work pulled in the parking lot and asked me what was going on. I told him and he said the kids are crazy. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else and avoid this drama filled nightmare!
Original post 4 years ago: To get the best bang for your buck, ask for a triple scoop in a cup then ask for nuts, whipped cream, etc. If you ask a sundae, they give you kid scoops instead & charge you more. This one lady is extremely rude & disrespectful to customers. Then I asked for her name, she just walked away & got on her phone. I was on the phone with corporate who heard everything.

Thursday July 3rd I did a mobile order for an iced latte and the bucket of munchkins that they had a double reward points offer for. I paid using Google pay. I get to the drive thru to let them know I'm here. First thing I'm told is that they don't have the munchkins and ask if I wanted something else instead. I say no just give me the drink. Here's where the problem starts.
At the window, I'm given my drink and that's it. Stupidity might be on my part here but I assumed like with any normal store they would automatically refund my credit card because I didn't get the munchkins. I let a few days pass thinking that it'll take a few days to process. I call them today only to be told that because I didn't ASK for the refund I couldn't get one! Am I crazy to assume they would do their part as a business and refund people's money instead of keeping it for themselves? I called the Dunkin help line, explained that I was angry (the local Dunkin employee was rude and we got into it), and told her the situation. She automatically apologized and verified my info and said I would get refunded. I asked her why there wasn't any signage or posting on the app about having to ask for a refund. She said each store has separate owners and they set the policy. So, if you use the Dunkin on Ramsey St, Beware! They don't put customers first and see no harm in keeping customers's money.
