Dunkin'

This has to be the worse Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever had experiences with. Orders are constantly wrong. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I assume not a single high school diploma was given to any of the staff. I’ve asked to speak with the manager and just received attitude. The funniest part is the staff getting visibly upset and trying to fight other costumers.

My husband picked up a mobile order. Food is okay but the coffee...literally tastes like they( whoever is working monday december 2) forgot to put the espresso in the machiato. $10 for nasty water. Unacceptable. Will not be going to this Dunkin again.

How can I order 3 times from this place and they are out of donuts at a DONUT restaurant xD. The service and food are so bad it’s laughable

You try to be polite and ppl just have bad attitudes. Coffee really good even tho they don't make it with whip cream like the pictures advertising, some of the female workers attitudes could do better. Well that's what we get for not going to Starbucks! It's her it's hermithy!

I went through drive-through and order avocado toast, and other items and when I got it, they never toasted the bread. I went inside, asked for a new one. The employee went to the back and they thought it was funny. I literally heard them laughing about it. It took them 20 minutes to properly make avocado toast. I’m not sure when the customer service got so bad at this location, but they really need to fix it. They are so unprofessional and they are sooooo freaking slow. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes for an iced coffee and toast. You can clearly see a huge difference in the pictures of the one I got through the drive-through and the one I got inside.

I went today to this place and first impression when I came in was the bad odor, it smells like trash. I made a mobile order and it wasn’t ready! The hash browns taste bad like the oil or whatever they used to make them was old 🤢, they didn’t have the donut I wanted but at least the young lady was very nice and offered me options. The Cappuccino I ordered was mostly half cup, seriously we don’t pay a $1 for this!! Really not the best experience, now I know where not to go.

Our visit to the Dunkin' Donuts on Ramsey Street in Fayetteville, North Carolina, on Monday morning was truly enjoyable. During our inquiry about the breakfast specials, we engaged in a conversation with the shift leader, Mr. Payten, who adeptly responded to our questions. I ordered a large iced coffee and when I was handed my cup through the window I noticed there was a lot of empty space at the top(see pic). I asked why was it so low and her reply was, “it’s because of the lid” . Huh? So I basically got a medium at a large price.

Visited this location around 6:30 am or so. Entrance mat inside the dining area was dirty and upon ordering a chai tea and looking at getting two donuts I noticed a fly bouncing around from apple fritter to jelly filled to sour creme while pastries are out in the open. NOT GOOD!! Anyone looking for fresh morning donuts that are kept behind a glass I recommend Superior Bakery or Krispy Kreme.?

Came here on a weekday morning through the drive through and the customer service was horrible! I get it's a "fast food chain" but come on be responsible and respectful it's your job. As soon as I started ordering no attitude or anything I hear a young man yell "we don't got that I don't know what you ordered last time" anyways this manager needs to do better with their employees.

By far the worst Dunkin in the area... I walked in around 3pm and two employees were behind the counter making drinks and did not acknowledge me or my children after we stood there for a few minutes. They also barely had any donuts out and the store looked like it needed to be cleaned. I decided to go to the Dunkin on Bragg Blvd and had a MUCH better experience and will definitely be returning to that one again!

If I could select zero star i would, unbelievable waited 38mnts for three croissant sandwiches with 5 employees in the kitchen. If you have an order backed up like this the priority is that order!!! Never buying breakfast from here again!!!

By far the slowest Dunkin Ive been to, and Im a regular. I watched 4 people walk by the drive-thru window and not a one even look at the line of cars. Two people stopped and counted the "tip cup" and walked away. All I ordered was a hot coffee and it took 15 minutes in line.
