Went to Dunkin Donuts on Ramsey Street in Fayetteville NC tonight 03/24/2024 at 8 pm. Order a large hot decaf coffee and was told that didn’t have hot decaf only ice . So I’m sitting there like “what”. If you have coffee makers that work how do you not have hot decaf coffee only ice.
This store clearly jas inept management because they've repeatedly screwed up my order at this location. Giving yhe wrong sandwich, waiting 20 mins, not providing requested condiments and then becoming defensive and rude when corrected! Save yourself the misery and just drive half mile to Starbucks.

Food and coffee are always good but the employees are super rude all the time. If I wasn’t so hungry last time I would have just pulled off. They were really rude the last time I went and I figured it was just a one time event, but nope. Happened again the next time. I won’t be back unless I have no other choice. I’d rather drive all the way to Raeford Rd than deal with their rudeness.

Advertising is incorrect, the drive through opens at 5am the store doesn't open til 6 am who ever owns these stores now, is ruining the franchise

Horrible experience, I ordered online, when I arrived, the store didn't have my order number, could not locate my name, didn't have all of the doughnuts I just paid for. The manager was very rude.

Been having issues ordering from them the past two weeks now. They continuously have been “unable to make a latte” due to the machine being down. Two weeks now is ridiculous. And even when they have been, this location always adds way too much milk and destroys the flavor of the coffee. If you are unable to make a latte, remove it from the mobile apps so that people do not waste their money or time. Thanks for nothing! I wish I could change the store location when I order on Uber or DoorDash. Unfortunately there are no options to change the order location and I'm stuck with Ramsey and their flaky, awful service.

In 5 years living in this area everytime I go I never get what I want. They NEVER have my favorite ice cream with brownie. But.. I just tried one more time 5 minutes ago and asked for a docen of donuts and they said they don’t have donuts… they close at 9pm but there’s no donut at 6pm…. I just regretted wanting to try one more time …

Unfortunately, this is the only Dunkin’ Donuts in town and I guess they have a problem with hiring people. On random days I’ll go up to the door and it’s locked during business hours and they’re only doing drive-through. When I do actually walk into the store most of the employees that are working the counter are rude, surly don’t smile, don’t greet you, nothing. But I do realize that the quality of the workforce down here is very low.

Drive-In window service horrible! 17 minutes for a coffee and bagel and as it turned out they gave me someone else's bagel order. Staff appeared to be totally disorganized. I should have read the reviews before I wasted my time! I'll take my business elsewhere...
