I would like to express a very unfortunate situation that happened to my 65 year old father and my 12 year old daughter. I would like to start off with that my daughter loves your Frappuccinos, and we only allow her to get them on special occasions. Well today was a special occasion as she just made a local competition dance team. We went out to dinner to celebrate, and my daughter asked my father to take her for her favorite drink at this location. When they arrived, they ordered, and my father gave my daughter his credit card to pay once the coffee was done, and he went to the bathroom. There was a sign that said, "No public restroom" but he wasn't aware that it was for paying customers (due to COVID? But not the issue). He proceeded to use it, when just a few seconds later, an employee began banging on the door like the police, and my father told them he was almost done, but she didn't wait and UNLOCKED THE DOOR while he was using the rest room. She said "You can't use my BATHROOM GET OUT" She rushes back out, and the coffee is ready so my daughter is paying while my father is coming out. The lady THREW the credit card back at my 12 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER and my father requested a refund. YOU DO NOT TREAT CUSTOMERS THIS WAY. Put a better sign up if the bathrooms aren't for use, or better yet LOCK THEM. Since it's quit obvious you have a key! Disgusting to treat a senior citizen and a young lady like this. Won't be back.

I just ordered a half dozen donuts plus 2 apple fritter through POSTMATE delivery Their donuts is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. They are old and stale, I meant like seriously 3 days old stale and hard. This is unacceptable. I'm very disappointed. I can't even call the store, they seems disconnected their phone. So DISSAPOINTED!!! NEVER EVER BUY DONUT FROM THIS RAEFORD STORE AGAIN. I wish I can give them ZERO star. Ps: I called skibo dunkin donut, talked to the manager. He told me that they are from the same corporate but there is nothing they can do...not even help me to let RAEFORD rd dunkin donut manager to call me. THIS IS JUST UNBELIEVABLE. I ordered with postmate delivery, paid for fee and the shipping cost and now I have to drive there to complain because for some reason their store phone is disconnected.

Rarely get our drinks right and cashiers seemed like they would rather be doing anything except serving you. I love DD as a whole or else this would be 1 star. It's a few people at this location we've had issues with not everyone.
