They catered a wedding I went to recently and I LICKED MY PLATE CLEAN I swear this food is divine! I tried tagging them in a post on the Fayetteville Foodies group but for some reason it wouldn’t let me! Chicken perfect and moist, beans and rice seasoned and cooked to perfection, sweet golden corn, crisp green beans, they make their own slaw and it’s GREAT! Also they have this spicy cilantro sauce that is soooooooo good. Do I need to say any more???
I went to Alpacah Chicken on Saturday, November 30, 2024 at approximately 3:30pm with two of my family members. We went through the normal order process. I wanted plantains and was given an order stand because they had some fresh ones coming out. We began to eat our food and enjoy the atmosphere and eachother. Needless to say my plantains never came, they had given them out. I requested my money back after waiting over 45 minutes. My family had eaten their food. I was asked why, twice. I requested to see a manager to express my dissatisfaction or a corporate number and was told I could get my money refunded to my card or be given a voucher for plantains on my next visit. ? You're assuming that I'll be back....I won't. I didn't want anything free. I wanted a simple genuine apology. We spent fifty dollars to dine in your establishment. It's nice to know that a free apology is worth $50.00 or more.

First time trying Alpaca chain. I like that it's a quick service spot, but has a different feel from the locally owned Peruvian joints. Decent portion for the price point. Plenty of sauces at the self service station. Was slightly disappointed by the cold $5 side order of yucca fries.

This is a great little place for Peruvian food if you're in the Fayetteville area. The service is quick and friendly and the dining room is clean and organized. I had an amazing chicken salad and my husband had the rice and chicken dish. So yummy!

As you can see. This place is delicious. Nothing left on my plate, because this is the Best Peruvian chicken in the city, and has the best orchata as well. I highly recommend if you want something quick that will satisfy your taste buds. 10/10

The food is $$$$ for what you or we get. The fries are always greasy and don't ask for Mayonnaise one person will happily give you a side the next will say they don't have that. Sorry Alpaca, Love the Chicken but it is rotisserie and I guess now that the fad feels worn if you still feel it pay it. Most of the staff is ?

The food here is excellent, especially if you enjoy South American cuisine. The only downside to this is that you kind of need to know what it is that you want as most of the staff have a hard time explaining how everything works

Communication from front to cashier to kitchen staff is atrocious! There was a disconnect between what was ordered when walking in and paying at the cash register. You have to repeat what you ordered and the understanding of the two different employees may be different. Having said that, it took literally 15 minutes and four different employees to ring up a simple order. Lots of trouble with the cash register and they wanted to charge extra for omitting something from the dish. CRAZY. After paying over $50 for an order for two, the kitchen evidently forgot the second order.
Both dishes were the same just one without sausage. I think this problem occurred because when the first dish arrived the # was removed from table so no one brought the second order. LOTS of breakdowns in systems in this place. Very frustrating. Handsome server though with a nice smile.

What to say about the place........AWESOME!! The food is great and the service is even better. I highly recommend the Lomo Saltado is superb! Try it with the green sauce.....sorry don't know the name of it.

Today October 20th was the first time we went here to eat the food was amazing do you hear me and the amount of food we got was amazing I've never been fed so much food so good y'all got to try it definitely five star
