This has to be one of the worst experiences. How difficult is it to make a sub correct. We ordered 3 subs for lunch today and not a single one of them was prepared correctly. Customer service and quality is horrible!!!!

I love firehouse subs but this location really disappointed me on Veterans day. I came there for Veterans day and they had a sign on the door stating they were only doing the Veterans day meal from 10 to 1 and than 5 to 7. I came back at 545 and the signed changed to 1 pm due to high demand. I think they should have been more prepared. if they needed to end giving out meals for whatever reason they should have stopped the first time around instead of having Veterans come back and being fissappoinred again.
Went to this location for their Veteran’s Day deal, the two employees working closed for a meal break and told everyone to be back at 5p and they would be doing the Veteran’s Day deal from 5p-7p. A group of us that were all told the same thing showed back up at 5p and the two employees were no where to be found. We all waited around for a while for them to open back up but they never did. Very disappointed that they would advertise a meal deal for veterans and active duty and tell people to come back for it just to close early without so much as a sign on the door.

Everytime we go there, my food is always done right and fresh. The night crew for the past week or so have been amazing and kind. I've been obsessed with the Potato Soup and have been stopping ordering a bowl at least 3 times a week now ?. I had to order from a different location for lunch yesterday via DoorDash and lets just say we ended up going to the Glensford location after work to have our food made correct and not soggy. Staff is great, food is great.

The worst firehouse around. They forgot the meat on my Italian sub…….. how tf do you forget the meat?
Owned by a family that lives in and loves our community, this establishment not only provides delicious food but also gives back through volunteer service. Go try the meatball sub ! I'd give them more stars if I could.
