Enjoy coming to this location the most between Hope Mills and Fayetteville. The team members are nice and keeps the atmosphere light. Eshani, Sam, Johnathan are awesome.

The food is always great — that’s never up for debate. However, my concern is with the customer service during our recent visit. I understand that Veterans Day is a busy time, but the way some staff members interacted with customers was disappointing. My wife and I both felt the attitude and the manner in which orders were handed to customers were unprofessional.

As a military service member, I appreciate businesses that support veterans, but professionalism and courtesy should never be compromised — especially on a day meant to show appreciation.

Sooo I’m at Firesub very long line . I’m African American female . Two white makes are in front of me . I hear the guy tell both customers if they a using the military veteran then it’s a free sub if you order a certain length and it’s three choices you can choose from . He checked no ID. He told one I got no id needed For either me a Iraq veteran goes up with my veteran id im not offered the special and now he doesn’t know the button for military discount and I was not offered the deal and I had to show my ID Happy Veterans Day

Woah! I’ve been eating firehouse all over the country my whole life. Best sub I’ve had in years! Extremely clean and professional atmosphere :-) you can tell they really take pride in their location.

horrible I waited in line 20 minutes ..I greeted my own self upon arriving...there where 5 additional people behind me that was waiting for there food as well.. poor service no hospitality..don't acknowledge you nor know and don't want to know that your there...Food ain't all.thqt either.. the best thing they had was the neatly creased bag the food came in

I must admit we were a bit disappointed with our order. We were visiting the area and had never had Firehouse subs so decided to give them a try. While the sandwich had potential it was it got super sloppy while being eaten. I want to assume that it was most likely due to the amount of condiments on the sandwich (like heavy mayo, which wasnt requested). Im not sure if its because we visited a short time before the location closed for the evening but that shouldn't be an excuse. Another thing I didn't like is that we stood around for 5 mins in an empty restaurant (no other customers) before someone asked if needed assistance. It was a bit annoying because we had placed an online order (3rd party app) so we just needed to pick up the order.

Overall, the sandwich was ok but be prepared for it to get messy. Im. At this point we're not sure if we'll try Firehouse subs again.
