I really like Firehouse subs, especially there Italian grilled chicken salad. However at this location for some odd reason, The chicken was small that wasn't enough meat in the salad I don't know the salad just seem lacking compared to other locations. Hopefully management will take a look and see how the salads are made and make a judgment call.I included a photo of the one small piece of chicken that was in the salad.

This review is based on 4-5 visits in the last 4-6 weeks. I get the Club on a Sub on wheat with everything on it, and every time it’s been really good. Restrooms have been stocked. Staff has been friendly and welcoming. Wait times have been minimal as well.

Gentlemen making my sandwich seriously needs to have on head gear. Way too much hair free flowing around the food. I hope I don’t have any on my sandwich.

Definitely not going to look forward to ever going back. The whole place was filled with smoke the entire time we were there. The worker mentioned that every sandwich size is only 4oz of meat! And I say sandwich because these aren’t subs as the names states.Don’t waste your time paying for the garlic bread apparently it makes it automatically burnt! So our son was having to eat a burnt bread. No more sauces to choose from like back in the day. Lukewarm Philly it’s all a waste of $47! For three tiny sandwiches make your own at home that way you’ll get a real SUB! so frustrated I didn’t even get a pic of the burnt Philly. Jersey Mikes at least has sub sizes. If I want this place I’ll go to the one in GA. Too many places in Fayetteville alone are a huge disappointment.

So close to our work and so easy to use the app for a pickup order. Sandwiches were delish and cookies and brownies were scrumptious. Glad extra money goes to first responders.Parking: On curb and all in shopping center.

How in the world does a sandwich combo take close to thirty minutes. 3-5 employees all behind the counter conversing and jamming out. Taking selfies. Literally Doing everything but making customers sandwiches.

I want to insure that it is noted its the glensford rd location.Went in this past Friday night because I am diabetic and my sugar was low and I needed to eat fast. I ordered a BLT with xratra bacon ? and cooked Xtra crispy, usually not a problem, NOT this night. The bacon was still raw (yes I know it's precooked ) but some don't like limp bacon. So, I take it off my ?, take it to the counter and show them it is still very undercooked. I went back to my table thinking they were fixing my bacon, the team lead yells out from the kitchen " IT NOT RAW, IT'S PRECOOKED" !! a few minutes later a girl comes out of the kitchen and tells me the team lead said if I want more bacon, then I have to pay for it. I said, I already paid for my bacon, I just want it cooked crispy. So minutes and minutes and... minutes go by , I still don't have my bacon, my bread has just been sitting there nobody is bringing my bacon, they are all cleaning to go home . A man walks in to place a to go order at 840, they tell him they do not take walk in orders after 840 because they save the last 20 minutes for online orders and she couldn't serve him if she wanted to because she has already counted the register down for the night. I'm getting ignored in the meantime. I finally asked the cashier are they cooking my bacon (20 minutes has surpassed by this time) she says ummmm... and walks away!! AWAY!!!! I was HOT!!! I HAD TO THROW AWAY A 14$ SANDWICH because by that time, the mayo was hot from sitting there. I grew up with family working in the food industry, I worked most of my life in the food industry and NEVER EVER HAVE I BEEN TREATED THIS WAY or see a walk in customer be turned away 20 minutes b4 they close because that time was reserved for online orders and btw, there was one, ONE, ONLIND ORDER AFTER THAT GUY LEFT. I felt bad for him because he spent his time and his gas to go to that establishment to be turned away for no other reason than that team lead wanted to clean and get out as close to nine as possible. Oh, and did I mention how rude she was not just to me but also when speakingto that walk in customer? . I found who the owner was and spoke with the owner it's amazing what goggle can do and I also have a call to corporate.

I came into the store at 7:00 pm to pick up a door dash order There was three people behind the counter as well as a cashier .I stood at the end of the counter where I have been advised in the past this is where I pick up and nobody acknowledged me .In fact one of the employees looked over at me twice and never said a wordOne of the other employees after he was finished making a sub for the customer went to the back .The cashier was over by the soda machine Picking up ice off of the ground .Another customer came in and got his online order while I continued to wait .This customer service was horrendous.
