Firehouse Subs Camden Square

We ordered two meals, total came out to over &30, and waited 20 minutes. The people behind the counter had placed it in a bag and then left it and forgot to give it to us. When I asked for them to please make the sandwiches again so they would be fresh, the man balked at me, handed me the sandwiches, then snatched them back out of my hand and told me he was just letting me feel them to show me they were fresh, before re-bagging the now squished sandwiches and handing them to me while giving me looks the whole time. Worst service, refuse to come back.

Customer service is nonexistent. Sandwich is good. But for the price your paying at less greet the customer.

40+ minutes for two medium subs, both of which were somehow worse than Subway usually is. Congratulations Firehouse Subs, I thought Subway was going to wear the crown for crappiest subs forever. You have successfully dethroned Subway today.

TL;DR: Go home, make your own sandwich blindfolded and with one hand tied behind your back. You'll save yourself a bunch of money and have a more edible sandwich.

While i was leaving after enjoying my food, i heard someone yelling in the back and when i turn over some poor boy is getting yelled at by management. I don’t know what he did but management was treating him horribly and that is just embarrassing for him and it was just an awkward situation. Could’ve been handled more professionally.

I went to this Firehouse Sub after trying the one on Walter Reed road that was closed on veterans Day, for the veterans Day deal of a free sub and combo. Unfortunately this particular location told me they were only giving a combo to veterans that buy the sub. I looked online and that wasn't what it was supposed to be. I truly upset that they did not hold up to firehouses national deal for veterans. And after reading what happened in Georgia I highly doubt I'll ever go to a Firehouse Sub again. It seems like a lot of these locations do not respect our veterans for the sacrifices they made and were willing to make.

I went there today cuz I used my T-Mobile app you buy one you get one free but I didn't expect that they would for $9 for one of the sandwiches that they put very little meat on it less than probably an inch very thin I wished I would not have went there because you didn't get much you got more bread than anything else but that's my opinion if they going to charge you close to $10 for a half a sandwich they definitely need to give you some meat but I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody if that's how they do all the sandwiches That's just like throwing money away and nowadays you got to say what you can get if you expect to get you something good to eat they need to do a better job than making it a better sandwich

The three employees working were absolutely amazing super welcoming and the food was incredible. 10/10 experience; I will come again!

We normally love Firehouse Suba but we ordered from this location thru UE & our subs were subpar. The Hero was sprinkled with maybe 2 half dollar sized amounts of roast beef and had very little turkey, but the ham was the right portion. Also, the other subs weren't prepared according to order notes.

I love firehouse subs, but I had a very bad experience at this one. 5 minutes late to open (this is my lunch break and 5 minutes in MY job matters). After that, the employee came and unlocked the door and turned on the sign (didn’t bother being polite and inviting me in). As I order my food, she was blunt. No “welcome in” no “how can I help you today.” It was more like “what do you want.” In my job, if I treated a customer like this, I would actually lose out on potential money. If she doesn’t like her job, maybe management needs to step up and be leaders and show her what real work ethic looks like.

Up until today, I had never tried Firehouse Subs but I saw the add for the BBQ Cuban & I couldn't resist. I got my mother & myself a large each plus 2 bowls of Chilli add onions. Baby!!! ?????❤️❤️❤️❤️LET ME TELL YOU IT WAS THE BEST FOOD!!??!! I was pleasantly SHOCKED?. The sandwich was heaven on bread & the Chilli was also extremely tasty. I ordered on the app & it was fresh, ready & waiting on me when i arrived. The staff was extremely friendly & the inside of their establishment was beautiful ? which lol was also a lil shocking bc idk why, but I expected it to be much smaller inside but it wasn't at all. It was brightly lit, with bold & playful colors but most importantly...SO CLEAN!!? Thanx guys ur one of my new favorite sub places to go to now?. Now I just need to try more things from ur menu??‍♀️??❤️

Ordered 2 large New York Steamers & 1 large brisket. The New York Steamer had no mustard or anything except a tiny amount of Mayo. They were very plain. We get New York Steamers each time we go to a Firehouse and they are never this plain. It was basically just meat. And the brisket was just chunks of fat. Hardly any meat. We called management and they said there was nothing they could do. Won’t be coming back to “this” Firehouse. Poor management.
