Every bite showcased their commitment to freshness and taste. Whether it was their signature hot subs or delectable cold subs, each sandwich was crafted with precision and packed with flavor. The ingredients were always fresh, and the portion sizes were generous, leaving me and my guests completely satisfied.What truly set Firehouse apart is their remarkable staff. I worked at this location for about 3 years and I can say that this location is an exceptional establishment where the owners are very caring, they have a skilled head manager, delicious food, and there is valuable learning opportunities. This is the second time I ordered pickup the food was not made correctly. I custom ordered subs and they ignored it and just put generic stuff on the subs. I even did a “build your own sub” and they still just made what they wanted and not what I ordered. It’s really aggravating. I spent $40 on 3 subs and 2 of them were made completely wrong with condiments missing and replaced with condiments NOT wanted that were specifically asked to NOT add on the receipt. Someone who states her name is Sharon (she originally refused to provide her name and then said it was Sharon) she claims she’s the manager but she is incredibly rude and unwilling to fix the mistakes she made. When I arrived the order was not ready. As I waited I did note Sharon’s loud conversation to her coworker while making my order. She was more interested in talking about the “horrible kids she babysits” (yeah we all heard her rant to her coworker). Guessing her frustration added to her not paying attention to the orders she was making. Ms Sharon also says they are not allowed to provide contact information to anyone higher to resolve the issue. Mistakes happen. My biggest issue is the carelessness and the behavior that I encountered.

Terrible place to work put in my two weeks and didn't even let me finish it out on top of having upper management promoting nepotism through their relationship at work made me leave after 2 years of busting my butt for them.Don't recommend anyone work there in the near future until it's under new ownership and something is done about the workplace relationship.
