Shout out to the folks at Fitlab. In the rain he brought shake to me. That was wonderful!!!!Always call ahead and I just run in and grab my shake when in a hurry. Love starting my day off with their protein shakes

Delicious smoothies! I buy four at the time, put three in the freezer and the night before I want to have it for breakfast the next morning, I put it in the refrigerator to partially thaw. I eat it with a spoon and it fills me up for hours. Staff is so friendly and the service is speedy! Highly recommend!

Fabulous establishment!! Great tasting product made with care by lovely staff. The owners are wonderful and kind. The atmosphere is relaxed, clean and inviting, perfect place to sit for a chat and a yummy treat.
