Five Guys

I ordered a pick up order on their BOGO day, expecting it to be busy, but not as busy as it was or I wouldn’t have ordered. But holy smokes, the crew working absolutely killed it. They were an exemplary model of efficiency, professionalism, and grace under pressure. Everyone was working their hardest and staying on top of the orders pouring in as best they could. The manager was polite to all incoming customers, making sure they were aware of any additional wait time while also making sure everyone was filling their roles to streamline the orders already in. Through it all he remained encouraging and upbeat for his team. It was quite impressive and as always, the burgers were phenomenal!

Really disappointed with this visit. I was charged for a gift card, but when we went to use it, there was no balance on it at all. That’s unacceptable and incredibly frustrating.

On top of that, they forgot about my milkshake. I waited around for about 20 minutes before finally having to go back up to the counter and ask about it. Only then did they realize it hadn’t been made.

To make matters worse, the cheese on my burger wasn’t even melted — it was basically just sitting there cold. For the price you pay at Five Guys, you expect better quality control and service.

Overall, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I won’t be coming back.

First time visiting Five Guys. The burger was good. Definitely a step above fast food burgers. I do think it is kinda expensive for burgers and fries. I guess we pay for the quality 🤷 I absolutely recommend trying it.

I am impressed with the consistency of service and quality of food at this store. I have been coming to this store for about five months and i have never seen the staff stressed, over worked or overwhelmed and that is impressive due to the high volume of traffic this store gets. They truly are a team and work well together and that’s what I have witnessed on all shifts. I would contribute that to the GREAT LEADERSHIP skills that i have witnessed from management (CHAFFE). CHAFFE is very welcoming and sets the atmosphere for both the staff and customers. The store is never filthy and that includes the restrooms as well. I feel safe consuming food from this store. Thank you for making my life a bit easier and better. Keep up the GREAT WORK GUYS!

Yes, they are expensive but their hamburgers have the best flavor! Add an overflowing cup of their Cajun fries and it's a big meal!
