I am impressed with the consistency of service and quality of food at this store. I have been coming to this store for about five months and i have never seen the staff stressed, over worked or overwhelmed and that is impressive due to the high volume of traffic this store gets. They truly are a team and work well together and that’s what I have witnessed on all shifts. I would contribute that to the GREAT LEADERSHIP skills that i have witnessed from management (CHAFFE). CHAFFE is very welcoming and sets the atmosphere for both the staff and customers. The store is never filthy and that includes the restrooms as well. I feel safe consuming food from this store. Thank you for making my life a bit easier and better. Keep up the GREAT WORK GUYS!

Super expensive for a burger place. 3 little burgers, 2 hot dogs, a sack of fries and 4 drinks was almost $90

Left the open signs on and got our hopes up that they were open.

This experience is the same every single time including personal orders and Uber eats order. Good food but really too expensive especially once you look at the service. There's literally like 6-8 people in here and only one person is waiting in front of me with one hotdog with fries and drink to order and I got a burger with fries and drink... May I ask why it takes this specific location 15-20 mins for this simple easy order? Right because all 3 front employees (4 but one is in the back) were so busy talking that my burger done got cooked and made and they didn't bother to drop any fries till they realized that there's no fries left then after I waited for those to get done and put in the bag. Slow dude was just gonna put my bag up in the waiting table instead of calling it out and handing it to me since I'm the ONLY person waiting for my food. Customer service in this burger joint is a JOKE. This was today, January 5, 2025 and I made the order around 2pm

The food was good, not great. The kid taking orders had some issues with people placing orders? Once you get past his awful attitude, he decided to make ZERO eye contact or ask me the steps of my order. So I did his job and mine, besides pressing buttons for him. Which he did incorrectly because my friend's order and my own were wrong. I honestly thought it was me he had the attitude with, and then I watched him do it with the next five customers.
