I am impressed with the consistency of service and quality of food at this store. I have been coming to this store for about five months and i have never seen the staff stressed, over worked or overwhelmed and that is impressive due to the high volume of traffic this store gets. They truly are a team and work well together and that’s what I have witnessed on all shifts. I would contribute that to the GREAT LEADERSHIP skills that i have witnessed from management (CHAFFE). The food was good, not great. The kid taking orders had some issues with people placing orders? Once you get past his awful attitude, he decided to make ZERO eye contact or ask me the steps of my order. So I did his job and mine, besides pressing buttons for him. Which he did incorrectly because my friend's order and my own were wrong. I honestly thought it was me he had the attitude with, and then I watched him do it with the next five customers.
Great people great food the chefs have outstanding customer service and a great attitude. They want to work here and they love doing it , or they make it seem that way either way love this place
