Lady was nice enough and flavor was decent however she got so much wrong that I can't rate higher. Was supposed to be a coconut smoothie and we got a coconut milk tea like thing. Smoothie won't supposed to have Boba but did. The mango milk tea was supposed to have light ice but got no ice instead. One of the drinks was supposed to be less sugar but ended up both were. The ice cream was suppose to have Nutella in it but instead was caramel. Place wasn't busy as was the only order so not sure how so much was wrong. Place has potential but just meh execution.

This place is amazing. I can't wait to take my nieces there. At first, I thought it was a sushi place, but it's actually a dessert place. They carry ice cream and Boba tea.

Fresh Rolls - Disappointing Experience
I had a really frustrating experience at Fresh Rolls. I ordered the “Go Bananas” ice cream rolls, and nowhere on the menu did it mention that it would be covered in chocolate—inside and out. I’m allergic to chocolate, so this was a serious issue.
After waiting 15 minutes for my order, I received an ice cream that I couldn’t even eat. When I pointed this out, all I got was a simple “sorry” with no offer for a refund or a remake. It wasn’t until I asked for a refund that they finally agreed, and even then, it took an additional 5 minutes just to get the manager to process it.
Between the long wait, the lack of clear menu descriptions, and the poor customer service, this was an extremely disappointing visit. I won’t be coming back. If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, I’d recommend being extra cautious here!

Went in with my 3 children today and we were not greeting. We stood at the counter literally 7 mins and was never even acknowledged. After standing there being ignored, we left. I will never visit this establishment again. Terrible customer service

Amazing treat shop. Got a go bananas, 2 cookie monsters, and a strawberry delight.All were absolutely wonderful. Takes a while to get your ice cream but when you watch the process you'll understand. No sanitation rating clearly posted but the place looks clean.

they have unique and delicious ice cream! i will come back here again for ice cream. the reason for 4 stars is because the tea was okay. we had bobba tea and regular fruit tea. the bobba tea was too sweet for me.
