extremely rude, no greeting or thank you. ordered the wrong drink and they forced me to take the one they made and didn’t offer any remake.
drinks were alright asked for light ice but got a cup full of ice in the matcha.

The strawberry matcha boba was good but about 70 percent of the drink was foam and ice. They can use a brush up on some customer service skills aswell, didn't receive a greeting and the dude just went to the back for like 3 minutes the second I walked in.

Horrible costume services and wait for a simple snack is soo much

I love how clean and organized the place is kept. It’s also pretty quiet and perfect for studying or chatting with friends! The mochi donuts are a bit smaller than expected so you might wanna buy two but the Korean corn dogs are huge and extremely delicious as well as the boba and they have a mobile order station as well. Overall great place to munch at :)

I'm so disappointed in today's orders. But what made it all worse, I could not get in contact with the business. Phone wouldn't go through, and there's no email anywhere. But we recieved 6 of 7 drinks that were purchased.

Thai tea was bitter and The jasmine green tea was as well.

This use to be our family #1 spot for sweet tooth

Just putting it out there that it has been me and my wife’s second time coming to this establishment and as we are ordering we can clearly tell we are being talked about disrespectfully in a different language because we were taking a second to order and it was highly disrespectful and very unprofessional overall the food is good but the customer service clearly needs to be worked on

By far the best boba I’ve ever had! My favorite part is the tapioca is made fresh everyday. Love this place!

I hated the coconut milk drinks with the popping buba. All places that sell these drinks use the powder coconut milk, not sure what kind you guys use but it is nasty. I can't come there again if you use that. Let me know when you get the powder type and I'll come again and change my rating.

This place is a nice chill spot. The tea is always spot on and they give you a decent amount of whatever topping you put on your beverage. Anytime I'm visiting from out of town, I always try to stop at least once if I can.

Got the green apple sparking drink and a flaming hot Cheeto cheese dog; very good. Some suggestions: bigger trash bin and music for the vibe.

My Jasmine Milk Tea with Lychee Jelly and Crystal Boba was really good! The tropical tea we got as well had some seeds that were unpleasant, But a really good store overall! I don't mind ordering from a screen since it allows us to look through the customizations.

The drinks were absolutely horrible. I got a matcha smoothie with boba and it tasted like soap, I couldn’t even drink it. I ended up ordering a new drink which was the sweet vanilla taro smoothie and it was extremely sweet. My husband got the caramel vintage tea and it tasted like super sweet coffee. The boba was really good though. The customer service was not the best either. We did have one worker come up and take our order but we could barely hear her. While we were sitting drinking and eating our food, both of the workers were staring at us the whole time, It was very uncomfortable. The only thing that we were both pleased with was the korean corn dogs. Highly recommend all of them!

I ordered online. It was a quick and simple ordering process, I customized it to my liking. The taro milk tea was very, very good!

Been to these all over and this is the best one by far

My first time here, I ordered a matcha latte with boba and a kiwi fruit tea. When I walked in I was not greeted by staff but instead met by a screen to make my order. After a long 16 minute wait, my drinks finally came out. I’ve been trying to try their drinks for weeks but they are either always close or have weird hours. The matcha was milky and boba was good. The kiwi drink was sour and sweet and reminded me of lemonade. The shop was relatively clean. Fruity boba charges extra for no ice or extra ice I believe. Their boba prices are also higher than other places at $0.95 overall it’s a good place but I wouldn’t go out my way for this place.
