the own is the cook and a great one at that! i really enjoyed her interaction with her customers. was fascinated to hear about home life in Germany. i highly recommend visiting the German diner. oh trust me when i say she puts the food out quick. thank you

I can call at the last minute and get my food on my way home and it is ALWAYS hot and yummy! She even puts the gravy in a cup so the food doesn't get soggy! I LOVE THIS PLACE!
This restaurant was overpriced and not good at all. My fries were freezer burnt and faintly tasted of lotion. My brat was burnt on the outside. The brat also came with no bun. There were small roaches crawling on the wall behind the table. The brats and fries were the same quality of ones you can buy at walmart.

This used to be my favorite place to go but I have to say that my last visit will be my last visit. I wish the owner the best but the service, the food and the prices are not what they used to be which is a shame. I love supporting small businesses especially those with a military connection but sadly this is no longer among my favorites. We paid about $30 for a lunchtime visit for 2 sandwiches that were chewy AND they were out of brochen. We are used to the food being tender which is what brought us back again and again.
