This place is great. My wife and I love coming here. Servers are great. They have a special hand made hot sauce to add to the ramen. Not very hot, but spicy and flavorful.

I want to say I usually go to the Gohan Bistro on Reily rd which has always been on point. Today we decided to go to the one Middling Rd. Mistake…Mistake. Our waitress was nice, but the music was blasting-that’s not even a problem. Here’s where it went South. The guy who greeted us at the cash register was sneezing a few times. He just keep wiping his nose with a tissue. He also brought our appetizer to the table and immediately turned around and sneezed. He turned back around and had snot running down his face. He apologized and came back and wiped this snot off the floor and went back to the front stacking high chairs. After that I did not see him go wash his hands immediately.
I love Gohan Bistro but my husband and I decided it’s not best to return to this location. If I get sick in a few days I know where it came from.

Had a great experience. First time here. They let us sample the broths to see what we liked and didn’t like. My drink never got empty. Overall wonderful experience!!

I got the spiced pork belly ramen. It was disgusting. It left a horrible after taste. I basically wasted $15

Pros: 1st, 2nd, 3rd visit was pretty good. Food has tons of flavor. Cashiers greet you as soon as you walk in..
Cons: To go orders if you order meat per the staff, you are given scraps...Bigger meat is given to the people that eat in as though their money is greener. I felt that was odd but I mentioned it to the cashier on my 3rd visit and he stated that he would have them used bigger pieces of meat.
4th time ordering: Extremely Disturbing...I ordered extra meat and 1 extra egg. Once home I noticed that the meat was super small (Scraps) and I only had 1 egg after paying for an extra one.
I thought it was no big deal because once I call the restaurant I was sure we could clear it all up. WRONG!!!! This is when their nice little personalities changed..I politely informed the cashier of the items missing from my meal, and the cashier , who wasn't even near the young lady that fixed my food, told me to look for the egg in the middle of my noodles...I looked several times..No extra egg..He kept saying in a slightly irritated tone that as far as the meat, that's all they have is scrap size meat which I should have been told before I ordered...TERRIBLE customer service. BUYERS BEWARE...THEY ARE SHORT CHANGING YOU IN THIS RESTAURANT. START CHECKING YOUR BAGS BEFORE YOU LEAVE. COMPARE IT TO THE MEAT ON THE REVIEW PICS...ITS A DRAMATIC DIFFERENCE...Cashier did not ask me if I wanted to bring food back..Didn't offer to make it right at all. I kept saying I would send pictures or being food back but he kept getting silent and when he did speak he would say, that's all the meat that they have and the egg is in the middle of the noodles even after I told him for the 20 time, it's not there. Reporting them to other sites as well.

Vegetarian options: They have miso soup, a great tasting salad, edamame, and more.

Dietary restrictions: They make sure to cook things separately. Just make sure to double tap about it.

Parking: It is odd how there is a small parking lot and its usually filled with gym rats but the restaurant has easily accessible parking next to it as well.

Kid-friendliness: They have a great selection for kid food when it comes to the kids bento menu. They have high chairs as well for sitting.

Wheelchair accessibility: Its located on the first floor.

LOVED my experience eating here. The service was absolutely amazing, so kind, so good. The food was really tasty. They were super flexible to make a dish vegetarian/pescatarian. Please get the garlic edamame. Will be coming back!!!

My wife and I absolutely love this place and don’t plan to stop coming here any time soon!
We started at the Riley road location and started coming here and we love everything from the food, the owner, his employees and the atmosphere.
If I could give it a 6 out of 5 I would!
We never leave here with any food left over!

Absolutely amazing food. The server made understanding the option super easy. He was very attentive. The KA-RA-GE don very flavorful and each piece of the dish only complimented each other even further. Love that it wasn’t mixed and you add more or less as you preferred. Wife got the one the recommended ramens and it did not disappoint. Seasoning on point and the flavor was there. Will definitely be coming back for more

Wasn’t sure about this place but ended up being very surprised! I’m more of a Cajun cuisine fan myself! This place rocked! My whole family loved it! The service was exceptional! They let us try to broths so we knew what to get! The building and bathroom was very clean! The music was 90s alternative and we loved it! Overall, this is a place we’ll come back to! I highly recommend this Ramen Spot!
