Sent my son to pick up my $60 cookie cake. He told them he’s picking up a cake for his mother and gave them my name. They gave him the wrong cake! I live an hour away. They said I can bring it back to trade. 2 hours of driving! I can’t do that so I’m stuck with a cake that says way to go dynamite on it. Instead of my children’s name. No apology or anything! Team lead is rude to doordashers then when called out by the customer, ends up telling the same poor doordasher the order was canceled when it wasn't. You losing so many customers due to horrid customer service. Might want to fix your "team lead".
After my 12 year old son and I were refused service for not having a mask on and I explained why I didn’t have one on and the manger stated she didn’t care that I needed to take that up with the governor. Discrimination at its best! This tells a lot about the people they have working there! I requested a phone number and the manager gave me a nonworking or fake number.
