Fui a probar algo de los platos tan ricos que ponen en las fotos y lamentablemente no es lo que esperaba mi madre que viajo de Puerto Rico se quería comer un pescado y le dije vamos que te lo ponen bien lindo y dicen que es riquísimo la presentación fue pésima miren la foto comparado a lo que ustedes ofrecen además pidió una salsa criolla y no era solo como un caldo lamentablemente me lleve una experiencia muy baja el servicio la muchacha muy amable pero los platos nada que ver adicionalmente que ni bebidas tenían y era algo que fui a probar también

I have ordered food from Desde Mi Balcon Several times and I am never disappointed. The food is always fresh, flavor packed, and good portions. I ordered 42 meals for my team and each meal was equally delicious, same portions, and fresh. The staff where very kind and I will continue to order meals for my team from them. Overall great experience every time and very happy to have found this place! I would recommend it to anyone.

Went there today for the 1st time to pick up a to go order, the lady on the phone when I placed my order was very nice and offered great customer service. When I went in the atmosphere was very welcoming everyone was very nice! Food was Amazing all our orders were nice and hot and delicious my family was happy. Will definitely be back ♥️
Fui allí hoy por primera vez para recoger un pedido para llevar, la señora en el teléfono cuando hice mi pedido fue muy amable y ofreció un excelente servicio al cliente. Cuando entré, el ambiente era muy acogedor, ¡todos fueron muy amables! La comida fue increíble, todos nuestros pedidos fueron agradables, calientes y deliciosos, mi familia estaba feliz. Definitivamente volveré ♥️

It was our first time there. We got in and took a table! They knew we were seating there! And no one came to us!! After 18 minutes of seeing every employee pass by us, my husband ask a lady “What do we have to do to get service here?” She told us to go to the cashier and order!! I ask for the menu and the cashier came to us to TELL us what they have!!!!!! To the owner, you need to GET MENUS!!! So people can look and look and then decide what they one!!!!! THATS THE NORMAL THING TO DO!!! They were more than 4 employees there!! One or 2 should be waiters!!!! And then you pay when you finished!!!! And by the way. I ask for mofongo y me dieron guineo verde majado!!!! I’m from PR and I know my food!!!
