This is the toughest place to rate. I think for Hardee's has great food. Both breakfast biscuits and their burgers. The problem is they can never find consistent help. Service is excellent at times and non-existent at times. We even had the doors be locked because they didn't have enough help. They need to clean up their soda machines to provide good, consistent soft drinks. They usually have some specials going on if you're looking to save some money.
Ordered in the app and it was ready when I pulled up. Sausage biscuit was great like any other Hardee’s. New maple sausage biscuit was BAD BAD. Biscuit was hard as a rock, which either means it’s been sitting around for hours because no one buys them, or the maple flavor adds something to the biscuit that ruins the texture. Never ordering that again.

Order 1 Cinnamon raisin biscuit, first one came out with a ton of icing. I asked for another one just with the regular icing. It came out cold and hard. Something told me not to eat here when I walked through the door. The cashier had a hoodie on her head.

My biscuit yesterday was the BEST fast food biscuit I had in my life!!!! Today was sorta "meh".. .you never know. One window cashier is fabulous and makes you glad you came...I e cashier is like "why you bothering me.."

Went in to be told they don't take coupons here. Then was told if I was using a "card" I would have to come inside. All this after waiting 15 minutes at tge drive through with 1 car in front of me. I won't be back.

If I could give a 0 that would be too high. This place wasn’t crowded there was no line! I still was pulled up only to be given old fries that was too salty. My burger was cold. Food cost too much money to not be treated properly! And the GM was there!
