Wanted to try their fry chicken since I never had it, got the smallest, driest piece of chicken leg so I ask isn’t there a better piece the cashier gonna say “that’s how Jesus makes them” so I got my money back and gave them back their dry chicken, guess I’ll never taste it because that was not worth my $3.50

I love the young man his name was called desmond he made my day that young man will make you laugh and cheer you up and the cook and cashier are nice I would tell y’all to come to this Hardees if you in Fayetteville they are nice staff I would recommend

The era of receiving fresh food and friendly service has ended. Like so many once beloved fast food chains, Hardee's has become just another filthy, unfriendly desperation food chain. I, like many, here in Fayetteville, am a hard worker. I wake up before the sun rises and usually leave work as it's setting. Being a hard worker, I sometimes rely on the convenience of local fast food chains for a no hassle breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Hardee's, specifically the Hardee's located on Murchison Road, has demonstrated a significant decline in its desire to provide friendly service and fresh meals. After leaving work, I decided to stop in for a quick, fresh meal before resting at home. Unfortunately, I received nothing friendly nor fresh for the money paid. Upon entering the dining area, I noticed a large number of flies, sticky floors, trash on the tables, and an opened trash receptical without a trash bin. I approached the counter and was ignored by several employees. When an employee finally decided that she had the time to take my order, there was no greeting, no "How may I help you?" Just an annoyed sigh and stare. After waiting for approximately 10-12 minutes, the employee bagged my order, sat it on the counter, and walked away. Both my ham and cheese and burger were old. The stale buns, hard cheese, and dried condiments were a clear sign. The only item that happened to be fresh were the fries that I had to wait on. I realized now why i wasn't given a receipt after purchasing my meal.

The food is disgusting.the hot dogs used to be so good I hope they bring the spicy chicken back they were good

The food here was fine but the service is horrible. Placed my order online 10 mins ahead of time and still waiting 20 mins to get my food - the people kept asking me to pull up when clearly there’s another in front of me. Do you want me to drive through the car? It wasn’t even busy and they were that slow I can’t imagine what type of horror show it would be when it is busy.
