No other cars in the drive through, placed an order for single burger, was told to drive to the front and it will be brought to me. After waiting 9 minutes in my car, had to finally go in. Spent another 5 minutes waiting in line watching the crew literally run back and forth, grab a bag, look at it, then put it back down over and over, not helping anyone as service backed up becauese instead of giving people their food when it's hot and ready, want to let it sit there until they're re ready to bring it up you!!!

Could work on customer service. I was waiting at the counter for a few minutes before realizing the the screens say that the registers were closed, which is on me for not seeing it sooner but there were 2-3 employees that just watched me stand there without letting me know it's closed or even seeing what I was there for. A small acknowledgement goes a long way

Some opportunities. Not my normal Hardee's. Out of coffee most of visit. Prob from the 50 old men sitting drinking coffee. No diss but dang it was a lot. Bless the ppl working there.

Really fresh food ! Coming from New York City Manhattan this place is the hit !! The cashier is so sweet she should get a raise a young White American girl best customer service ever !! This place is recommend !!!

The Spicy wraps was good and they was fresh and the customer service was excellent , and the blueberry’s biscuits was also fresh and good and wasn’t too much icing on it.

My favorite go-to fast food restaurant in Elizabethtown! Comfortable seating, no rush atmosphere, and the counter staff is very gracious, and very helpful!
