I would leave a zero if I could. I ordered at 9:42am, I saw them at 9:52am (the lady at the front counter)give my order to someone else waiting in front of the drive thru. (they pulled me over to the wait space the official wait space.) So, I go into the restaurant to get my order.. and they didn’t have my. At at 9:54 they started my order ( I had to give them my receipt so they then started fixing it again. (I feel if I wouldn’t have gone in they would have not prepared my order) So at 10:02; I finally had my order. There was no apology given until I turned to walk away. Sorry she gave your order to someone else waiting else. I did recheck the order to make sure was correct and it was. We got 6 biscuits and 3 hash browns) . Then a tiny paper fell out of my hand and the manager says “she threw that paper on the floor.!” & have a blessed day” how crazy! This is the way it always is at this location my order has been messed up every time. This place needs some help!!’

Went there at 10am. One lady was in line waiting for her order to be taken. 4-5 people were waiting for there orders to be filled. Drive thru backed up. Manager told drive thru employee not to take another order until she gets the orders thru drive thru out. Keep in mind I had already been in there 10 min. Waited another 10 min for someone to take my order. Never happened so I left and went across to KFC. It is Sunday morning. You need more employees there during breakfast. Unacceptable. Poor service all around.

Not a fan of this Hardee’s. My phone was being blown up with calls this morning from this location. Assuming someone didn’t show up for their shift in time and management started calling to see what was going on but they typed the wrong number in. Maybe double check phone numbers before you start blowing someone’s phone up. I finally had a day off from work and was looking forward to sleeping in. I live over 1300 miles away in a completely different time zone so thank you so very much for the ridiculously early wake up call. I hope whoever was going crazy calling my number goes bald from stress or if they’re already bald then I hope you get road rash on that shiny head. So unbelievably irritating.
