I understand that things happen, especially when it’s busy. Yesterday morning there was mishap with my breakfast platter and an item was missing. I called about it and the lady said they would just replace the platter, so she took my name.
It was after 10:30am when they start serving lunch. So this morning I placed a pickup order via the app for a lunch order for my family. It was (2) of the 2 cheeseburger meals. So it wasn’t a complicated order.
I get to the drive through and I explain that I have a pickup order and I’m supposed to get a replacement order. They tell me to pull forward. I pull forward and the lady tells me to just pull forward they will bring the order out.
It was bordering 15 minutes while I’m just sitting there parked. I watch other cars behind me get their orders and drive off. So I proceed to go inside, and they had just started to assembly my order. The lady says she’s putting the hash browns in the bag.
I don’t want just hash browns as it was part of the breakfast platter. What I was told is that they would replace the order. I didn’t argue or make a fuss. I paid for another breakfast platter and told them to put the extra hash browns in the platter.
They need to work on the timing of getting the orders together. 20 minutes for fast food is too long. This is not the first time this has happened with it taking 15+ minutes for them to prepare the order.
And this isn’t the first time that an item was left out of the breakfast platter. Someone needs to ensure they are checking to make sure that the orders are complete before handing them out. People want what they pay for without being terribly inconvenienced.
That really was an inconvenience to be parked outside for 15 minutes and then to have to come inside; only to find out that I had to order something else. 20 minutes that I didn’t have to spare this morning. I really need to find some place else to get breakfast or lunch from because this has been a pattern.

I visit this location at least once a week, and I have never encountered anything as unprofessional as what occurred during my most recent visit.
I placed a mobile order through the app and arrived at the drive-thru. After providing my name, I was asked to pull forward and wait while part of the order was prepared. I parked and waited approximately 10 minutes before the order was brought out.
As I checked the bags, I immediately noticed that none of the sauces for my tenders were included. I also opened the bag containing the burger and fries and saw that one of the fry containers had been placed upside down in the bag—completely empty—which clearly indicates it was placed that way, not spilled. It was then I realized a burger was also missing.
I drove back to the window and informed the staff that I was missing all the sauces and a burger. They handed me a bag with the correct sauces and asked me to wait again for the burger, which took another 4–5 minutes.
When the burger was finally brought out, the employee showed no apology—only attitude. Before pulling off, I checked the burger to make sure it was correct. It was not. I had ordered it with no mayo and Swiss cheese added. Instead, it was covered in mayo and had no cheese at all.
I returned to the window once more. Another employee came to the window with noticeable attitude and walked away after I explained the issue. The first young woman returned, and when I told her the sandwich was incorrect, she rolled her eyes loudly sighed, took the sandwich, closed the window, and walked away. After another 4–5 minute wait, she returned the corrected burger—again with no apology and a disrespectful attitude.
I asked for the names of both employees. I then asked for the store manager’s name. When I clarified that I meant the top manager, she responded sharply and sarcastically, “Oh, you mean the General Manager.” She then claimed she didn’t know when the GM would be in next.
In total, I spent close to 20 minutes at the store dealing with repeated mistakes, disrespect, and a complete disregard for customer service. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but the behavior of these two employees was unacceptable. Their attitudes, lack of professionalism, and unwillingness to perform their jobs properly reflect incredibly poorly on this location and on Hardee’s as a whole.
If this is the standard being allowed at this store, it is extremely concerning. At this point, I have no intention of returning to this location for a very long time.
I hope this matter is addressed promptly, as no customer should be treated the way I was.

Today during my lunch visit, I discovered that my order was incorrect — I received a single cheeseburger instead of the double I had ordered. When I went back inside to have it corrected, the cook, Josh, made an inappropriate comment, saying, “Well damn, does she really need a double?”
I reported this to the manager, who asked him to come out and apologize. However, during the apology he was laughing, dismissive, and attempted to claim that he “wasn’t talking about me” and that I had “misinterpreted the interaction.” His behavior came across as unprofessional, disrespectful, and insincere.

Ordered 2 burgers and 2 drinks both without ice. After waiting 15 on the food It was finally brought out. I asked the lady if I could get the first drink without ice because they filled the entire cup up with ice and little to no drink she said I’d need to exchange it inside and walked away. Lazy and unprofessional we won’t be going back

I just went there this morning. The server was polite and great. However, I got a biscuit with egg and bacon even though I ordered a super sausage biscuit and more item for 27.83. Orders should double checked before moving.

Rude at drive thru, rude inside, didn’t know promotional items, no assistance available for mobile order, fries were cold and hard. The worst experience at a fast food place both at drive thru and inside. Staff was very dismissive, and displayed terrible attitudes.

Great service. I especially want to commend the morning manager Lydia (I apologize if I spelled her name incorrectly). She was very friendly and seemed to have excellent rapport with her regular customers, and was very committed to making sure customers were satisfied.

I don't go in here often but I do take out from them. It really depends on the crew but daytime is normally on it. After dinner time, you can experience long waits, questionable service and being told that they are out of things. My advice is go before 6 for fresh food, ordering ease and getting correct orders.

Very friendly until they told me they were going charge me extra for their mistake.
They did not have the wraps or the cherry lemonade. I had to substitute the strawberry for cheeey lemonade. One of my drinks they gave me (later to be flat) a cherry coke. Asked them to exchange but they were going to charge me extra. When I try to tell them that they made the mistake and did not have half of what I wanted to order the manager cut me mid sentences saying the cashier did not hear me. Then slid the door close on me.
Not mad they did not have the items but the fact they would not listen to me.

I just ordered a chicken biscuit meal with a large coffee. The food and coffee was very hot and fresh. The woman who took the order was very polite even though they were obviously short staffed. I obtained her name from the employee who handed me my order but in my old age, I forgot her name. Nice employees (even while under pressure) and fresh food.
