This is the worst Hardee's I have ever been to. I ordered 4 honey mustard chicken wraps with no lettuce on 11/3/24.
I ordered it that way so I could reheat it without having wilted and soggy lettuce.
These individuals served me 4 wraps with hardly any sauce, there were two small pieces of chicken in each wrap and the chicken was cold, tough and stringy.
I will never come back here again. Yall need to get yall stuff together... this is sad... smdh...

They are real slack and lazy over here, they never have cooked or defrosted chicken never stocked up on ice cream. The workers constant have attitudes. By far the worst service here and they closed early 2 days ago for nothing. Whoever is the boss of the establishment need to tell their workers to tighten up

Order paid for at 1200, got out of my vehicle at 1217 after we had two costumers behind us get their food. Our groceries were thawing and our 2 year old needed a nap time soon. I walk in and basically get the what do you want vibe. They informed me they were still waiting on fries. Got in my vehicle at 1218 and my order handed to me at 1219 and the employee made a comment that I should have just waited in there. I don't want anything free but service at these restaurants need to change.

Only customer in the store didn't know if they were short staffed or shift change. Pulled up to the drive thru was told to come inside to order. Once food was order had to wait and extend amount of time for fries. Wasted better part of my hour lunch break waiting on my food.
This wait in line outside and inside is ridiculous. The attitudes of ALL employees are horrible and very disturbing. They always close before 9pm and they always say they out of food because it’s frozen smh. Do better
