Helpful and friendly exceeding the standard
The girl behind the bar offered to use her own personal money to help a dad who had a stuffed animal get stuck in the claw machine for his daughter unfortunately I didn't get her name

I'm a loyal regular, love this place I'm usually a weekend warrior here who loves the atmosphere and food. The Halloween event was rough but awesome and in its first yr so I cant complain. Look forward to next year. Also Maddie is 10/10 best bar tender just saying 😁. And Mecca is an 11/10 orange cutter would highly recommend asking for demonstration🍊.

5/5 – Great Birthday Eve & Trunk n’ Treat at Hecklers Brewing

Stopped by Hecklers Brewing Company in Fayetteville, NC for their Trunk n’ Treat event on October 23rd, 2025, and had an awesome time. We handed out candy to kids in costume and kicked off my birthday a little early.

The buffalo wings with ranch were excellent, and the fries hit the spot. I asked the bartender if they could make spicy ketchup, and it was exactly what I wanted—hot and full of flavor.

Family-friendly atmosphere with plenty of room at the bar to sit back and enjoy. Definitely planning to return.

Would not return. The noise from the motorcyclists circling was very, very annoying. This business will lose customers until this disrespect shown to their customers is gone.

Great variety and quality of brews. Tried a bit of everything. The pizza, southwest rolls, wings, etc. all great. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. It’s comfortable, but has a slight sports bar feel. The bartenders were all awesome, knowledgeable about the brews, and very pleasant.

Been coming here for over a year and the bartenders are always nice and efficient but the food quality has progressively gotten worse. I thought it was moving into more of a family friendly direction but it seems to be moving towards a future dive bar. My son and I ordered a pizza tonight and I really wish I would have just asked for out money back but didn’t want to be rude. I hope they are able to get back on track.
Also now that I have gotten that I’m in a “bad mood” response from the owners show that it’s not family focused. It’s an honest review, grow up and try to get better. Lost multiple customers with that response.

We’ve been to this neighborhood brewery several times. Has always been a nice convenient place to stop in for a drink and bite to eat. Atmosphere is good, food is decent (they will accommodate making a vegan, no cheese pizza for me). I much prefer a glass of dry red wine as I’ve never been a beer drinker. Today we stopped in with family, and the female bartender said no red wine available, only white wine. Inquired if any dry whites were available. She was very rude and abrupt, not at all helpful. I doubt we’ll be back again, not just because of no wine, but mostly because bartenders should be friendly and helpful, unlike this one.

I think your response to my review reflects more on your character as a bar owner than mine as a disappointed returning customer who was met by an unwelcoming bartender with an inhospitable attitude.

Unfortunately we forgot to get name of the young lady who was our bartender but she was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to make a vegetarian wife a vegetarian calzone. Good beers and a good selection
