Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet

Hibachi has experienced a decline in conditions. No more silverware or glasses. Only plastic flatware and styrofoam cups. No salt, pepper, soy sauce or anything on the table. I'll not be going back.

My family and I visited this restaurant on Saturday December 6th. The food was okay, which is why I gave one star,but it was not top tier and the service from staff was beyond disappointing.

We experienced discrimination
at this particular restaurant. Upon arrival to the restaurant one of the host seated us in the very back of the restaurant. Meanwhile, there were plenty of empty booths and tables located toward the front and middle section. However, non-African Americans, particularly Caucasian individuals were seated in the front and middle section. Sadly, we were not the only black kings and queens treated in such disgusting behavior. Another party of African Americans arrived and received the same disgusting treatment and noticed us sitting in the back too.

We could have easily exited the restaurant,but we were extremely hungry and just wanted some food to please our appetites, so we stayed,but not long. In addition, we didn’t realize the behavior until after we had been seated and prepared our plates.

Furthermore, as we finished our meal and begin to exit the restaurant I believe the cashier over charged the 3 of us. On another note, I am aware that prices are ever-changing in this time and age. Upon arriving I noticed a document that displayed the prices for lunch and dinner. I’m sure my son, daughter and I arrived at lunchtime,but instead was charged the price for dinner time.

Overall, it was a horrible experience from most of the staff,but the food was okay as I mentioned . We will ever eat there again? HELL NO!!! If you look like me you better brace yourself and be prepared to exit if the hospitality is not shown regardless of your race, ethnicity, nationality etc. JUST LEAVE!!! There are restaurants with staff who will treat us all the same regardless of our race , nationality , ethnicity, gender, religion. Etc. BEWARE!

I love the many options of food tht I like to eat; fried rice, fish, fruit, vegetables. I love the string beans.

Food was old and dried out; on top of that there was something that resembled latex paint chips in my drink, and trying to get the servers attention was impossible as he was in the back of the seating section kissing another server and rubbing her back. They took my drink off the tab but offered no other solutions. Lost a customer today for sure.

Good variety

If I could put no stars I would. It was clean and organized but that’s pretty much where the good comments end for me. The service was awful and the food was worse. I was disappointed. Normally I would give it another try but not in this case.

I go at lunch sometimes and get a small to go plate. A way to have a light variety lunch.

Vegetarian options: Hibachi cooked in front of you so you can choose the ingredients

This is average for a buffet. The food was okay, nothing great. The waitress seemed bored and didn’t really do much. Won’t return.

Wearing a hat in the kitchen to prevent hair from getting into your food shouldn't be that difficult.
