I placed a Thanksgiving đŠ order to be delivered on 11/21 because we were going to see my Son and his wife as they won't be off and available for thanksgiving. I had to leave Saturday morning and I sent them a request for a refund on Friday because it never showed up and I'll just pick something up when I get to my son's house but I'm still waiting for a reply. Not happy with their service at all.

Food was very good some staff did not have the personality like they were happy to serve. I did not receive any suggestions about how I could receive the meals I wanted. For example I wanted a honey ham sandwich, but I did not realize that they had a special or told about the special of today.(sandwich, side, and drink) not told what my choices of bread were etc. I also told them it was first time visiting the store, I think that with that being said a little more effort would have been put in. Anyway I ended up getting 2 salads which were VERY good and filling plus a sandwich that did not seem worth the money. I will patronize again but I will definitely make sure to spend more time looking at every board in site and ask more questions.
Parking: Not a whole lot but spaces are right in front of restaurant doors and they do have accessible handicap parking

We got the ham sandwich.. delicious! Only complaint is that it supposed to be on croissant roll but instead they gave us on a Kaiser like roll. Prefer croissant.. it was so busy we didnât have time to ask them to correct the order.Also got some smoked turkey slices to take home.. it looks and smells so good!Oh.. I highly recommend their broccoli salad! It was delicious!!

The lady that I gave my order over the phone, clearly seemed preoccupied the entire time she was âsupposedâ to be listening to my order. I ordered 2 full size Cobb Salads. She even asked me what size twice and I told her. I sent my husband to pickup the order and when I got home for lunch it was clearly the wrong size. Not only that, it was packed with mostly spinach! I didnât not call because I would be wasting my time again trying to get things fixed. I couldnât return the spinach salad be cause I was on lunch and hungry. Iâm not sure if the other salad was the same because my husband didnât eat his right away but Iâm sure it was. I ordered yesterday and it was a simple mistake about the slices of cake. The cake was returned today and I did receive the correct cake from yesterday. I donât think Iâll order again from Honey Baked Ham for a long while. Being preoccupied while taking an order of the phone is the worse thing ever. Itâs my time and money wasted. Thanks whomever I gave my order to today, 2 Cobb Salads and 1 order of 3 pack ham and cheese slider, and the cake that was swapped. As you can see in the picture it still is an excessive amount of spinach in the salad. Itâs hardly any spring mix.
