The staff handles large groups very well.

They really had me wait to take my order after I was already waiting 8-10 minutes prior trying to get someone’s attention at the register…I guess the lady was training somebody, however I only have an hour for lunch…I was the only one in line too so what’s so bad about taking my order then continuing.

Food was fine, but I received the wrong order. I called and told them about the error and no one seemed to care.

I ordered 2 pizzas a stuffed crust beef and mushroom Italian herbs was the crust. The other pizza was butter cheese crust and it just had mushrooms both pizza were salty.I thought maybe the crust was the issue but the beef is salty too. The cheese bread is so salty its not edible. I knew I should've ordered Domino's. I called the first time no answer. Second time I called the regional manager Evan answered he was not rude just very unhelpful. He advised the pizzas are just cooked no extra salt is added. And he suggested next time I order ask for less salt. But he sits no salt is added so why would I need to ask for less salt if non is added. Hungry Howies is the worst pizza in this city. I will not be ordering again and asking for less salt. If you are looking for good pizza we have a Primo zpizza in the mall. Brooklyn Pizzeria is good. Mellow Mushroom, Tigers Pizza in Spring Lake. Domino's even better than Hungry Howies don't waste your time or money.

I dont know if all Howies are this good, but the pizza here is LEAGUES above dominos, pizza hut, or papa johns. Literally only quality ingredients tasted, crust was fluffy, stuffed filling was amazing. Definitely recommend caijun crust if u want something spicy. Cant speak for the app, I ordered over the phone.

horrible customer service. order online and food still wasn't ready to 20 minutes after the time inwas to pick up. the food wasn't even made yet. but the app Saif it was ready for pickup.
