Would love to give more stars but this last experience was bad. My order was given to another table, instead of any kind of remorse I was told the situation & that my food would be out when ready & server walked away. I've worked service industry so I know it should have/could have been handled better, no manager came to speak nothing. If I'm wanting IHOP I'll be driving to Spring Lake (20 mins away)

I celebrated my birthday a day early with a couple of friends this morning. Seated right away. Our waitress Ionna was great. She gave us plenty of time to chat and decide while we drank coffee. All three of us enjoyed our meals and doggie bags.

I will never order any food from Ihop on Skibo rd in Fayetteville NC. My food was cold and undone. I call in to make a complaint. I work here but live in Charlotte. I spoke with the most rudest manager ever encounter name Dejiah, she wouldn’t let me come in with my receipt Saturday when I come back to fayetteville to work to get my breakfast replaced but now I just want my refund. I told her I live in Charlotte but work in fayetteville she said if I didn’t come to the location on skibo TODAY which is impossible that she wasn’t going to do anything about my complaints, I told her over and over I live in Charlotte. She simply don’t care and kept repeating I have to come back to Fayetteville location TODAY in order to get my meal I paid over $20 redone even though I have my receipt. I have never felt so played in my life. I see you guys already have a bunch of bad reviews on this particular manager. Terrible business then to make things worse when I asked to speak to someone else she turned the phone off now IHOP going straight to voicemail and I have the proof of the phone line busy. I can’t believe y’all have someone who is so rude and unprofessional still working for y’all. I contacted cooperate already about this but something have to be done about this I paid for my own meal not her what a disgusting person y’all have managing that IHOP!

This location was not busy at all at 6:00 p.m. on a weekday. The food came out quick and the service was great.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible for a wheelchair.

I just wanna share our experience today. If only I could give a negative star review, I would give it. My friends and I ate here for brunch. The first problem was we ordered a chocolate milkshake and they gave us a vanilla milkshake, we politely told one of the server named Breanna that we ordered chocolate then she made a rude interaction to us the chocolate milkshake they had given us was just a Vanilla milkshake with chocolate syrup sitting at the bottom and lastly is the Chocolate pancake and Spicy Poblano was not properly prepared and it's raw. The service was also slow it took like 30 minutes.

On April 7-2024 around 12:30 my family and myself stopped by IHOP #4466 . I placed and order 2 orders of chicken Waffles. One for myself and the other order was for my grandson. I complained about my chicken tenders being over fried very hard to bite into. Our waitress was told. And her comment was that it’s the way they fried the chicken tenders. She repeated herself three times about the way they fry chicken tenders. Then she asked if she could bring me something else. I didn’t want no other meat substitutes. Nor did I want the chicken tenders. So she sent her manager over. I explained to her the exact same situation I told the waitress. Her reply was the same has the waitress. Not once did she mention that they can’t take the hard over cooked chicken tenders off my ticket. So my grandson had to bare a bad experience with his breakfast.. I didn’t eat any of my chicken tenders only the one that I tried to bite into. So when we were ready to check out I asked why didn’t anyone take it off my ticket. So the waitress went to get the manager the second time. For her to say we don’t take anything off tickets or give refund. So I ask for the company store # her name and I wrote down the waitress name. Never in my experience I have never heard such thing as rude and unprofessional behavior from a company that they don’t make the situation correct. They are focused more on receiving tips than actual customer service. Got told I was refused service because I didn't tip, the reason for not tipping was because the server's (Brenda) was horrible & our food was burned the first time & under cooked the second. When I tried to ask for a redo, the server said it could not be done. She was upset that I asked her kindly to please try. Keep in mind that I still paid for our meal & did draw attention to our table. We have been there previously with no issues. I order the same thing every time & other server's received tips for great service. She absolutely has a bad table side manner & if you do want IHOP Istrongly suggest going to the one off of Cary Rd. Way better service, food, & atmosphere.
