My daughter and I went to our favorite spot on 11-26-24 at 1pm to eat Lunch, IHop, however, we were treated bad. The hostess became upset because we asked for a table and The waitress became upset because I change my order from salad to a sandwich. My daughter and I felt unwanted and awkward so we decided to leave. I told the waitress to just cancel the order, she said fine! And when I told the woman by the entrance, thinking she was the hostess, that they were giving bad service and that I was going report it to the Manager, she said whatever I'm the manager! I was so disappointed because we loved going to that IHop, and now we are unsure if we should ever go there again.

The place was decorated beautifully for Valentines Day but the food was another story. We had a party of 6 and they balked at 2 checks to start with and then after we received our orders, my sister found hairs on her pancakes under the whipped cream. They acted liked she put them there. They remade the order but who wants to eat after that. It disgusted us all and then there was no adjustment to our bill. I paid almost $78 and then they have a mandatory gratuity of 18% already added on to the bill. They had the same charge on my other sisters bill too! I'm always a generous tipper, but don't sneak that on the bill and then expect more! The attitude of the staff was as if we were inconveniencing them by being there. They couldn't wait for us to leave and finish putting the chairs up at our table. I didn't realize that they shut down at 1:30 in the afternoon? I would think that this store would have been better as it's only a few minutes from Ft. Bragg and gets a lot of foot traffic but obviously not. If you want breakfast, go somewhere else!!
Wheelchair accessibility: There are only 3 handicapped spots in the front - the rest are across the parking lot. That's not easy for people who have difficulty walking 😕

Food is very meh but it comes out quickly. Service is decent. Drinks are wayyyyyy too expensive, especially considering we never got any refills during our meal. $45 for two people is ridiculous at what is essentially a sit down fast food place. The only good part of the whole experience were the pancakes. Guess this place is never busy for a reason.

I had one of the specials $7,plus a bowl of grits everything was cold except the grits one of the other waitresses had to tell our waitress the food was ready because she was sitting down eating,when it was time to pay she didn’t have any change and claim no register my bill was $ 12.93 I gave her a $20, so I think she thought I was going to give her a $7 tip,plus the other lady with me had to pay some people don’t use their debit card every where they go..So y’all need to fix that problem so they can have change Navy Federal is beside y’all
