I actually thought I left a review before this but realized I didn’t. 2 weekends ago, we came in and the service was pretty fast but food was not good, bacon was real thin and not fully cooked and pancakes was hard on outside and gooey in the middle. The waitress said that’s how they make it, I said “really, that is not good”.. she went and got more and they were the same way, you can literally lift the top of the pancake off and it’s not done in the middle. My son didn’t eat his food, before I could even ask for a to-go box she took everything off the table. I said forget it, we won’t be back here.

Upon arrival for my pick up order there was nobody tending the lobby to greet customers, I waited for at least 10 minutes till somebody finally came out and handed me a bag. I get home to find out my $4 orange juice was not in the bag, I called back to be told that since I can’t drive back to pick it up today that I must pick it up in a week. And to top it all off my seasonal fruit was not ripe, and I’m not a complete fan of my pancakes falling apart before I can get them in my mouth. Just very disappointing.

Food was not warm. Also, they did not put the Serrano peppers and green peppers on the omelet and was told they would not cook any. Waiter offered to refund the money out of his OWN pocket. That's unacceptable! Requested to speak with the manager-who was in the dining area the whole time we were there-was all off sudden unavailable and had actually left the building. Since this location opened, I have been here twice, and each time has been a disappointment. I figured the YEARS in between each visit, the food and managerial support would've improved. Caveat: What happened to serving warm syrup upon request?

My daughter and I went to our favorite spot on 11-26-24 at 1pm to eat Lunch, IHop, however, we were treated bad. The hostess became upset because we asked for a table and The waitress became upset because I change my order from salad to a sandwich. My daughter and I felt unwanted and awkward so we decided to leave. I told the waitress to just cancel the order, she said fine! And when I told the woman by the entrance, thinking she was the hostess, that they were giving bad service and that I was going report it to the Manager, she said whatever I'm the manager! I was so disappointed because we loved going to that IHop, and now we are unsure if we should ever go there again.

The place was decorated beautifully for Valentines Day but the food was another story. We had a party of 6 and they balked at 2 checks to start with and then after we received our orders, my sister found hairs on her pancakes under the whipped cream. They acted liked she put them there. They remade the order but who wants to eat after that. It disgusted us all and then there was no adjustment to our bill. I paid almost $78 and then they have a mandatory gratuity of 18% already added on to the bill. They had the same charge on my other sisters bill too! I'm always a generous tipper, but don't sneak that on the bill and then expect more! The attitude of the staff was as if we were inconveniencing them by being there. They couldn't wait for us to leave and finish putting the chairs up at our table. I didn't realize that they shut down at 1:30 in the afternoon? I would think that this store would have been better as it's only a few minutes from Ft. Bragg and gets a lot of foot traffic but obviously not. If you want breakfast, go somewhere else!!
Wheelchair accessibility: There are only 3 handicapped spots in the front - the rest are across the parking lot. That's not easy for people who have difficulty walking 😕
