Took my fiance here for her birthday tried order a mixed drink she said she don't know how to make mixed drinks red flag 1 the I got oxtails with chicken cabbage rice peas and plantains 28 bucks she got oxtails with goat cabbage rice and peas and PLANTAINS. FIRST OFF IS SO COLD I HERE HAS A GTFO VIBE THE HOST HAD ON A WINTER JACKET. we ordered beef patty as appetizers that was the best. Food comes out we immediately go for oxtail and they was sweet like can raviolis that what it taste like rice and peas was microwaved and the plantains was cold cabbage was under cooked the food was gross I think the lady knew cause I didnt eat 85 bucks for bullPlus they had comedy night and we paid $20 bucks for the worst comedy ever they was trash I definitely didnt laugh at all hefty bagsThis is the worst restaurant expireance I had

Customer service SUCKS! Whoever the skinny young girl is that works the front counter needs to be trained on customer service. Nasty attitude for no reason. My boyfriend didn’t even order because of her nasty attitude. Food wasn’t even all that either

I concur with the last rating, zero. My daughter and I walked in for lunch. We stood there for a few minutes. A young lady on the phone came in. She never acknowledged us. She went straight to the back. There was a man in the back. They began to talk. He made eye contact with us. We thought surely they would be right with us. They made us wait longer. We proceeded to leave. When we looked back the young lady finally came up and didn't say a word. I will never set foot in there again!

I definitely see why this location has but 1 customer at the mid of lunch on a week day smhThe customer service is HORRIBLE no type of respect for the customer when you walk thru the door they barely acknowledge you when you get to the counter at all...They're clearing only interested in watching TV cause that's what the front desk lady chose to do to Me instead of take My order ....so I WALKED OUT....YOU'RE NOT GETTING THIS DOLLAR

I wasn't pleased with the Oatail in my opinion it wasn't fresh. I know it can be better maybe if it was freshly done.

I went here a few days ago the service is alright......But is it just me or is it the fact that island flava copied jamaican vibez. Again the menu looked the exact same, Jamaican vibez was there for many years over there. I think they definitely copied jamaican vibez..

Ordered through doordash. The best spicy beef patties I've had and the lemon cake is like what my grandma would make. Such a perfect end to my day. Definitely going to get more from here. I want to try everything.
