Italiano's Pizza & Subs

I was disappointed in this pizza. I picked up my first slice and it fell off from the crust. It was luke warm when I got it, I ordered a Diet Coke and got a Coke Zero. The estimated delivery was 40-50 mins after placing the order which is fine but it arrived 20 mins after the est time. I unfortunately Would not recommend ordering from here.

I ordered food. I ordered a eggplant parm. They sent me a sandwich which was alright but I also ordered a strawberry cheesecake in which they sent me strawberry jam mixed with salt instead of sugar. Gross. They do not wear gloves here. Food is bland as can be

Poor Quality. I ordered a 12” Italian Sub. I received two sandwiches on store bought, hogie rolls. The pepperoni came out of a Hormel bag and the cheese was wrapped American singles.

Just moved to the area and couldn’t cook so I had decided to order out for the family worst decision ever. I ordered wings and fries and the wings were still bloody the fries were not even cooked. Ordered tenders for my kids and got nuggets that weren’t even cooked. My wife had to recook everything.if I could give it no stars I would.

I ordered subs and got meat on hotdog buns, I ordered fried mushroom and got a plate of sautéed mushrooms the ravioli was cold inside instead of saying items weren’t available they took it upon themselves to substitute sub rolls for hotdog buns stay away from this place

DO NOT ORDER!!!! Literally disgusting. Pizza was not what we order, the pasta was so undercooked, the cake we order was completely wrong. If I could give zero stars I would. They refused to issue a refund. Will never order here ever again.

The dough tasted like tortillas on the pizza. It was very bland and the “meat lovers” was only pepperoni and sausage. Such a waste

This is wholly and absolutely the worst pizza I have ever had. The crust is comically large and dense. The contents of the “pie” will fall off the pizza when picked up. I’ve made homemade pizza with tortillas as the crust that taste better than this pizza. For context I’ve never written a review before

Italianos is trash now. Nothing like how it was in 2017z Ordered today, disappointed.

after having changed administration it became a failure. How is it possible that the pizzas have a super hard base and apparently with pre-cooked and very old doughs! obviously when they put it one more time in the oven it results in a hard and tasteless dough.???

food was not good at all :/ wanted to love it but it wasn’t tasty whatsoever. the alfredo was not properly cooked seemed like sauce was just dumped on it.

This was my first time ordering from here. I ordered the shrimp alfredo (says it comes with garlic bread) and a side salad with honey mustard through GH. They sent me chicken alfredo, no garlic bread, no honey mustard. I called to let them know and they said they told the driver to let me know that they didn't have anymore bread or shrimp so he gave me extra chicken.(driver left my food at my door as requested). There was also barely any "alfredo" sauce. It was more like buttered noodles that were very under cooked. I understand he tried to make amends but it would have been much more appreciated if I'd just gotten a phone call from them saying I wouldn't be getting what I'd paid for.

What ! The place is under new management! The gentleman inside was very nice ! The burger was juicy. Not messy ! I will go back

Lunch Blind trust report: starts with 3 stars out of my standard rating scale. 1. I give it 4 stars. 2. Up and coming restaurant: Friendly service; very clean restaurants( I am not a fan of hand tossed pizza though.3. Environmentally friendly; the straw is one thing I wish was sealed in plastic ( they offer bottles) 4. Their design allows for every customer and food prepare to be seen. In my opinion all restaurants receive 3 stars at start in the blind trust report. How well can you blindly trust your restaurant? Food for thought

1st and last time! It would of been nice to have a great pizza place close to my home. The pizza was questionable looking, we still gave it a chance tasted it. The fried mushrooms had pockets of old grease popped as we bit into it. The onion rings did the same .
