What is the point of calling ahead I called 30minutes before I arrived to make sure the food will be ready cause I am extremely short on time they did not even put my order in until I got here and had to wait 30 min for my 1 plate of food I was a regular customer and love the food but now lost a customer and I’m also late to a meeting if you take calls for orders over the phone/online you should have them ready accordingly

Today I got the honey wings and the Hibachi chicken and it was absolutely amazing. The people there are super friendly and have food out at a reasonable time. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

I ordered two lunch specials.One was general tso's and the other was honey chicken.Both taste the absolute same.Bland and disgusting.The egg rolls were over cooked and the rice was equally disgusting.Highly disappointed and sorry I spent my hard earned money there!

I ordered from here and I got some dumplings beef extra crisp and I got them extra crisp that's for sure but the meat was sour I called to express my thoughts and they came up with excuses instead of Saying bring it back N Make it right

I ordered hibachi chicken last night with shrimp. A little girl took my order. I did not get the shrimp or the carrots. The rice was greasy. The chicken was OK. I will never order there again. Thanks a lot.
Japan express never disappoints! Crab ragoons are delicious along with everything else everything always tastes fresh and is always hot when I pick up great prices. This place will be my go to for Japanese food !
