Good news, your sandwichea are great. Bad news, your soda machine gave us flat fountain drinks on two orders in a row. More bad news, I paid over two dollars for a side of guacamole. It's BROWN. If you do have fresh guacamole, DON'T SERVE OLD. I really don't know. Three great sandwiches. Three terrible items other than sandwiches. Look at the photo. The guacamole should match the green part of the uniform, not the brown part.

Placed an online order for pick up this last Sunday evening. Just about everything I ordered they were out of. They said they didn’t have much left for making sandwiches, hot or cold, but they offered to let me come in and build a salad if I wanted. There were only two types of soup left, no chicken for the alfredo I ordered. They really need to do better at keeping their place stocked. This was not the first time I’ve gone on a Sunday evening and they were out of a lot of things. This was the worst though, out of a lot more than they have been in the past. I ultimately canceled my order and went somewhere else.

I don’t appreciate the service I received for my first time in drive thru. I ordered 2 Ranchero Wraps at the speaker. When I arrived at the window only 1 was rung up. I asked the cashier, “can you please add the other one I ordered on there?” She replied, No, it’s already being prepared.” So she rang it up separately and had me wait longer than the first one after charging my card twice. It was in that wait time, I decided I needed a refund. I will never order from this drive thru again! On the upside, the manager, Marcus did correct the situation. I appreciate the gift card upon returning my next visit. Love the food… despite the misunderstanding.

Put employees on the register that have the courtesy to want to serve people & provide good customer service skills. A smile goes along way. Food preparers were friendly, smiled, & walked my food to me because I was standing on the wrong end of the counter. It was my first visit. I thanked them again. I might visit again next time I'm traveling to the area.

Very disappointed by today's experience at Jason's Deli. We went there to have a good time with my wife and three kids and my mother in law. The waitress was extremely rude and condescending. There was no smile or greeting when she came with the food. It seemed like she didn't want us there. My wife had asked for a plate for the salad bar, which she left at the counter and when I went to get it I asked her just to make sure if that was actually our plate and she pretended like we were being ridiculous or something. She was rude to all of us. We work hard all week and when we try to spend some time with our children, people like this try to ruin our day. I talked to the person at the counter and she said she'll let the management know about this.
