Very sweet staff. One particular guy stood out. He gave my dad who didn’t know you couldn’t have more than one salad at the salad bar another salad. How sweet, was very polite and overall charming. Will be returning

I love Jason’s Deli. The food is delicious but the last two visits I’ve made, the people supposed to be taking orders were talking amongst themselves and we had to wait a couple minutes for them to stop talking. Also, there were numerous ( about half) tables that had not been cleaned. The drink/ service counter was very dirty. It looked like it had not been wiped down all day. Today, there was a customer that came in after us that was cleaning the counter off at the salad bar and the drink service counter. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the restaurant. Didn’t notice a sanitation grade anywhere but I’m pretty sure they would not get a very good grade with all that trash and nasty counters.

One Star – Extremely Disappointed
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared. I ordered a grilled cheese and tomato sandwich for takeaway, expecting something simple but decent. What I received was a sad excuse for a meal—folded up, carelessly thrown into the container like an afterthought.
It was smashed, soggy, and looked like someone literally tossed it in without any pride or care. I didn’t even take a bite. Straight into the bin it went.
If this is the standard of preparation, I won’t be eating here again. Very disappointing.

Jason Deli is one of the cleanest restaurants in Fayetteville NC. I can count on their salads to be fresh and their bar and store is always clean.

Came into the store today to purchase a chicken potato. I asked for extra butter. After driving away I noticed there wasn’t much extra Butter on the potato. I went back into the lady on the line and asked for extra butter where she rudely said we don’t have any. I thought she was joking, So I asked what she serious. She replied she takes her job seriously and she is serious that they are out of butter and sour cream, I told her she must not take it serious if my receipt said extra butter and I was given none. Came back to return the product and complained to her manager and she wanted to get argument.. Proving my point that she’s rude and disrespectful. Employee’s name was Sanitra McDaniel… And this happened today at 3 PM. I will be calling your corporate office. And I hope she loses her job. Disrespectful af.

So the past few times I ordered off Door dash and the dasher goes to the store location only to find out there out of the product so I’m wondering if they don’t have a person to update there availability on there app to show current availability on foods in store ..but my dasher expressed that the worker he spoke with had a attitude and called me by name when he walked in to get my order so I won’t be bothered with Jason’s deli they prefer to be petty about me saying to the manager that She didn’t need to be so upset is was already a few minutes after closing she was about to be off work and why did she have a attitude??mind you I had already paid for the food and was exactly 1 or 2 minutes after closing an the door was not locked ..so yeah we got supper petty managers running a good buisness in the dirt already in Fayetteville..and by the way I wa informed by another manager of Jason’s deli that a person is suppose to have til 30 minutes after to pick up orders that are paid for so..VERY GOOD JOB AT DISPLAYING THE UNPROFFESSIONAL SIDE OF JASONS DELI LADY ..not only to me but my door dasher also communicated that you had attitude today so I know what’s really going on here RUN IT IN THE GROUND “BOSS LADY “cudos”👏👏👏over some cake @5.39 &2 minutes after closing

Criminal they accept orders on doordash at 730 am but don't open till 10am and yell at you when you show up I was told by an employee that they(jasons deli) refuse to change it on doordash they choose to anger customers on purpose
I have been very sick for weeks and chicken pot pie, carrot cake and raspberry hibiscus tea at Jason’s Deli are single handedly pulling me through the darkness. This food is good for the spirit. Happy holidays and stay well! (PS I used doordash I did not spread contagion to this heavenly establishment)

This an amazing spot. They have the best salad bar I’ve ever experienced (way way better than ruby tuesday). For $8 it’s loaded with superfoods and great sources of plant protein. The service was incredible. We have a milk allergy and this place was very vegan friendly. The lady running up our order was very thoughtful and then the cook Richard ensured no allergens contaminated the food. The manager was very friendly. We will be coming back often.
Vegetarian options: Salad bar, Zuchinni pasta the have a full vegetarian and vegan menu. Soups loaded potato. Fresh fruit, hummus guacamfull
Dietary restrictions: The entire salad bar has amazing vegan options we also got a pasta dish with Zuchinni
