I come here all the time and the staff are always great.This is the best place to grab a sub in fayetteville.

They have bad attitude towards customers and don’t ask customers what they won’t far as top

The place is clean. The service was fast. I had the Italian sub that was nicely built and equally tasty. It was not crowded and we enjoyed the atmosphere even more.

Sorry to report that this location went down hill, the last 6 mnts, service and ladies attitudes were terrible and rude to customers. Misunderstanding the order and then telling customers you got what you ordered. Refused to make it right!

Update !! I can’t 5 star since I already did lol but thank y’all today! Food was good and the points are always amazing

I come to this location often and last night I walked in 15 minutes before closing. As soon as my foot was in the door it was shouted at me that they only had one type of bread. Which was fine so I proceeded in the door. Then it was made a point to tell me three more times that they only had one type of bread. I still wanted to order when I was given a nasty look. Then I was told they didn’t have any hot sandwich’s. This rubbed me the wrong way. I understand they probably wanted to go home. But so did I and being rude doesn’t make anything better. It wasn’t what was being said it was how they were saying it. When I walked out no one says have a good rest of your evening or anything. Super bad service. I won’t be back at this location.

I was not given a receipt of my purchase and I was not asked if I wanted a receipt. They were busy arguing about someone else order while I was in the store. I was not aware that I had to get my own napkins to go with my order takeout. When you order and pay a receipt should be automatically given or offered to the customer. This is poor business ethics. I can serve myself at home. I expect more and better when I am spending my money outside in a business.

Parking: It's in a cramped location between businesses. Heavy parking area.

Absolutely superb franchise. Customer service is great! The food is awesome and delicious. I’d like to recognize cashier-Ms Janet. She was so nice, thoughtful and just absolutely great! We need more people like Ms Janet.

I just left Jersey Mike's, and one of the employees really made me feel like an idiot in front of the entire line of people. I have very bad anxiety, and I ordered my food ahead of time. I stood in line, since there was no clear spot to pick up an online order. She spoke loud enough so everyone could hear how dumb I was for not standing next to the register. I feel so embarrassed, and I wish someone would teach this lady some manners. One star for the good food.

Don't go on Sunday

Regular customer to jersey mikes but first time at this location. Significantly less meat and cheese on the subs than other locations. When you hit up jersey mikes, it's for the good good meat and cheese. Service was slower than usual and overall atmosphere was gloomy. I've never seen workers be so silent ☠️
