I am Celiac I have watched them thoroughly clean everything, even the meat slicer to protect me from cross contamination. I appreciate this so much. My sandwich was delicious. 5 stars

Jersey Mike’s has an excellent veggie sub (#14), and what really sets it apart is that they’re happy to add grilled peppers. That extra touch makes all the difference — the peppers add so much flavor and really elevate the sandwich. Everything is always fresh, the bread is spot on, and it’s made exactly how you want it. The staff is friendly and accommodating, which makes the whole experience even better. It’s my go-to order every time. Highly recommend if you’re a veggie sub fan!

The only thing negative is I wasn’t asked if I wanted anything else on my subs. Which I got two Big Kahunas and one needed mayo on it. So there was no real need to complain abt it. Staff greeted me took my order. Food was great.

This restaurant refuses to give free water cups and the employees say it’s the owners rule. First jersey mikes restaurants that I have ever been to that won’t give free water cups.

My sub was free courtesy of the app, but the customer service and reading to comprehension skills at this location is jarring. I placed my order at 6:45 for 7 pm pick up. Walk in, no one greets me. Cool. Then the lil girl working gon yell acoss the restaurant what’s the name? I tell her she goes.. we’re just starting your order. At 7:05.. she then asks do I want my toppings on the side, or just the toppings I specified on the side to be put on the side?? Like.. what? She then rudely goes you gon answer yo phone?? Like if I’m conversing with you, why would I.. nvm. 0/10

I don't know who is responsible for staffing on Saturday but this entire team needs to be broken up and new staff need to be added. My chips are always missing when I place an order, the chicken sald sandwich was half ass made and the staff is HORRIBLE. Management really needs to take a look at who they have working and who was hired and who was responsible for hiring them. Boone Trail use to be the best JM to go to now it's the one you need to stay as far away as possible from. The staff has horrible attitudes, absolutely horrible attitudes and its the afternoon / night staff.

Always a great place to get a sub. Sometimes the crew looks happy and sometimes they look like they at each other's throat. I hope they get it figured out because I like Jersey Mike subs

We have been going to this Jersey Mikes since it opened. Initially as was great. However. The last four times I have been my order has been incorrect. I order online and the app is quite specific so apparently no one is actually reading the order. I will be finding a different subs shop in future

One time they give me a cold sandwich 🥪 😩 😫,
When i asked for a warmer sandwich 🥪 .

I called in an order for pickup and the girl on the phone was polite and super helpful....when I got there it was ready and amazngly my sub was still warm when I got it home to eat

Absolutely rudest staff, and there’s a reason why there’s so many one stars here. I have been a loyal customer for over 15+ years to Jersey Mikes. This location has the worst staff almost every time I’ve been in. Today will be my last time ever going to Jersey Mikes, not only was I spoken to with complete disrespect the ladies gang up on customers, the lady in front of me as well. I have been getting the same sandwich for 10+ years and they charged me extra meat which I DID NOT ASK FOR, I sub turkey for ham because I CAN’T EAT IT FOR HEALTH REASONS they were so rude about it and wanted to charge me as well for a water cup when I’m already buying chips and a drink. Does it sound right to spend $15 on a regular $8.50 sandwich? No. This location will continue to loose customers if they act they way they do. If I was the owner I’d really look into your staff here before you loose more. Being harassed by you staff is unacceptable and legal action could be taken, there were plenty of witnesses. Does that look like extra meat to you?
