Worst jersey mikes location. It is hit and miss unlike the others in town. We always order the same hot sub. We order two regulars. At other locations it is made as two regulars and taste amazing. Every time we come here they make it as one giant and it seems one person always gets a half with steak and one person gets a half with all peppers. 😡 I’ve mentioned it before and the manger said oh they aren’t supposed to do that. Haven’t been in a long while and figured we would give it a try and hope they would give us what we order. Then today they did it again. My half was disgusting. It was all peppers and minimal steak with very little cheese. The other person had all the steak. They also had all the cheese….but not in the sub but on the paper. Make me what I order not what you want to make. Waste of my points today. From now on I’ll go across town to Westwood. It’s always on point.

Dissatisfaction at its finest !!! Got a club sub and added salt pepper oil an vinegar an I didn’t get my mayo lettuce or tomato..didn’t think I needed to add that being that’s what comes on it ..very dry an and looks terrible ..I’m overly mad an angry and very hungry!! Wont ever go back to this one again!!

Today i got overcharged and didnt realize until after i tapped to pay. Ordered a reg number 11 and got rung up for a number 13. Not to big of a deal by itself but will definitely make sure from now on that my price is accurate. 1 dollar and some xhange might not be alot to some people, but in todays economy it matters.

Jersey Mikes is the CLOSEST menu to what I used to get when I was in NJ and I am now able to get it here in NC. Raeford Road is my favorite location. I am not sure exactly what it is but my food is ALWAYS fresh and never disappoints( I believe its the bread that is always fresh which makes the sandwich that much better) The staff is always friendly and professional.

This JM location is the best!!!! They make their subs carefully, exactly as ordered. Look at my picture to see the most beautiful inside of an Italian sub.
I ordered a turkey and provolone sub for delivery by DoorDash. The sandwich is completely inedible. The bread is raw, wet, and flat. I can’t believe whoever made this sandwich didn’t notice the raw dough.

So pissed off gets to Jersey Mike’s no more than three customers in there not crowded at all. I asked the man please. Can you clean off the machine because I do not eat pork yes ma’am no problem. He continues to wipe off the machine with a dirty rag doesn’t use any soap any water or sanitizer, he than continues to proceed by making my bread Slaps my cheese on the counter when he just got finished cooking pork sandwiches and ham and salami. These people are so uneducated when it comes to sanitizing and understanding people with food allergies or Religious Beliefs I’m pissed off.bc the guy doesn’t even have a clue then the ghetto black girl just standing there looking slow while the Caucasian man sit there and look confused on what he did wrong
