Dissatisfaction at its finest !!! Got a club sub and added salt pepper oil an vinegar an I didn’t get my mayo lettuce or tomato..didn’t think I needed to add that being that’s what comes on it ..very dry an and looks terrible ..I’m overly mad an angry and very hungry!! Wont ever go back to this one again!!

Today i got overcharged and didnt realize until after i tapped to pay. Ordered a reg number 11 and got rung up for a number 13. Not to big of a deal by itself but will definitely make sure from now on that my price is accurate. 1 dollar and some xhange might not be alot to some people, but in todays economy it matters.

Jersey Mikes is the CLOSEST menu to what I used to get when I was in NJ and I am now able to get it here in NC. Raeford Road is my favorite location. I am not sure exactly what it is but my food is ALWAYS fresh and never disappoints( I believe its the bread that is always fresh which makes the sandwich that much better) The staff is always friendly and professional.

I ordered a turkey and provolone sub for delivery by DoorDash. The sandwich is completely inedible. The bread is raw, wet, and flat. I can’t believe whoever made this sandwich didn’t notice the raw dough.

So pissed off gets to Jersey Mike’s no more than three customers in there not crowded at all. I asked the man please. Can you clean off the machine because I do not eat pork yes ma’am no problem. He continues to wipe off the machine with a dirty rag doesn’t use any soap any water or sanitizer, he than continues to proceed by making my bread Slaps my cheese on the counter when he just got finished cooking pork sandwiches and ham and salami. These people are so uneducated when it comes to sanitizing and understanding people with food allergies or Religious Beliefs I’m pissed off.bc the guy doesn’t even have a clue then the ghetto black girl just standing there looking slow while the Caucasian man sit there and look confused on what he did wrong
My order was PERFECT! This is my first time ordering from this location because I live on the opposite side of town and I must say this location is better than the Ramsey St. Location! Thank you!
