Christina, Tityanna and Ashley was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I go to establishments to eat and spend my hard earned money and expect to be treated with respect. These ladies could barely talk all night , barely could take my order and looked so miserable like they dreaded even working here. It looks so much better to smile and be happy when your serving the public instead of having a sour attitude because then you get repeat customers. They rushed me out almost making me choke on my food, by telling me they was closed. And which I replied yes I understand I'm finishing my last bites. I said have a good night ladies and they all looked at me and rolled thier eyes and couldn't say anything nice back . Then I asked for thier names and the personalities came to surface then the mouse didn't have thier tongue they could instead confront me on why I needed thier names and continuing accusing me of making a mess bc I accidently dropped a CRACKER ON THE FLOOR. IT WAS SO EMBARRASING. Treat me like you would treat your momma if she was dining out that's all I ask. I won't be back, I will spend my hard earned cash elsewhere. Where they don't mind working and aren't in a rush to leave, they even laughed and made jokes about me like I didn't hear them . So unprofessional, I'd fire them all immediately just saying. By the way I feel it wad prejudice issue with them sadly. And it isn't the 1st time they was rude to me. I'm done with this location.

Got a steak and cheese-the paper was soaked when i opened it up- bread was all wet where the meat was not drained after being cooked- called store to let them know they said return it- really-- i work at school and was on our short lunch break -- so she said return it tomorrow- so ok what was i supposed to eat for lunch??? Seemed like it was an -- ole well situation- will not recommend this place especially for wet steak and cheese-- very disappointing

The guy who took my order (I wish I knew his name). He was very courteous. A good guy. Very respectful and patient. Just ultimately nice. The my sub was great and everyone spoke. Thanks for the great meal.

I came in 20 min before close and they were cleaning so i felt bad. I know what it's like to have to dirty the grill at closing after a good clean. But, no complaints, so professional and great attitude. Always quality service and food at this location.

I love jersey mikes but not this one. Staff was rude and took entirely way to long to make my cheesesteak. I’m a fan of mikes but you won’t catch me back in this one.
