Hello, l would like thank Alisa for offering me such wonderful customer service. I place a huge order with my family and my #8 club sandwich was a plain Turkey sandwich. I was not satisfied….by it being a call in order. I called the restaurant back and Alisa was so pleasant and courteous that she brightened up the whole mishap. I will definitely be coming back because her personality and customer service was impeccable. Thank you for treating me like a loyal customer.

This is one of the worst Jersey Mike’s in Fayetteville. They have really bad customer service, especially the Manager tyrone, I will drive across town to just to go to Jersey Mike’s the One located in Westwood shopping center is phenomenal. They have great customer service so just a heads up Save your time in your money. The other staff is nice but the bitter black lady cutting the meat and the manager thumbs down.

They can’t hear through the plastic and I can’t hear them. It’s freezing inside so I sat outside. The cheese steak, I didn’t like the steak part. Didn’t like the taste of it. Couldn’t eat it all. Most people there were nice but at least one a bit rude.

I ordered online ahead of time, drove here and saw 10 people walk in to order and yet they all got their orders before me. When asked whether or not online ordering will have our orders ready faster the lady at the front said not really. I wasted half my lunch on an order I placed before I even clocked out waiting for my lunch

Couple of months ago, i asked for a chicken philly, after years of going to jersey mike's the people at this location were unable to make it how it's supposed to be made. I asked them to remake it, just for it to be worse than the original, So if you want a cheesesteak go to another jesery mike's location!!!
I once LOVED the food and the service at this store, not anymore...!!! The manager of this store may be good from a corporate perspective, but through this, customers' eyes he needs some updated customer service/interaction training...!! His handling of issues is the reason I will NOT go back...!!!

Excellent place, courteous staff. If you get any sandwich that contains roast beef I highly recommend you get the roast beef cooked on the grill. The roast beef sometimes can be bloody which makes for a pink mayonnaise
