I ordered online ahead of time, drove here and saw 10 people walk in to order and yet they all got their orders before me. When asked whether or not online ordering will have our orders ready faster the lady at the front said not really. I wasted half my lunch on an order I placed before I even clocked out waiting for my lunch

Couple of months ago, i asked for a chicken philly, after years of going to jersey mike's the people at this location were unable to make it how it's supposed to be made. I asked them to remake it, just for it to be worse than the original, So if you want a cheesesteak go to another jesery mike's location!!!

I once LOVED the food and the service at this store, not anymore...!!! The manager of this store may be good from a corporate perspective, but through this, customers' eyes he needs some updated customer service/interaction training...!! His handling of issues is the reason I will NOT go back...!!!

Excellent place, courteous staff. If you get any sandwich that contains roast beef I highly recommend you get the roast beef cooked on the grill. The roast beef sometimes can be bloody which makes for a pink mayonnaise
This place is awesome! I go there several times a week when I am in the area. Once again a great place. The staff treats me as if they known me all their lives..?????

Manager doesn’t care about this establishment. Wish I would have the reviews being my visit. This location is the only location I ever been to who up charges for everything. I wanted the #13 but instead wanted to sub the pepperoni for turkey. (Up charge). I wanted my toppings on the side didn’t want anymore of what would have been on my sandwhich just wanted it on the sides so my subs doesn’t get soggy (up charge). Staff could care less about anything and just do and say what the manager tells them to from what I was told. Manager still never called me back.

Love JJ, but I got 2 subs yesterday and the lettuce is old on my subs. Alot of the shreds of lettuce are brown.

I have never left this location with the feeling of disappointment whether it be the food I received or the wonderful customer service provided. I am always welcomed with a wonderful hello and radiant smiles by the employees. They absolutely exemplify excellence in all they do!
