Hello, l would like thank Alisa for offering me such wonderful customer service. I place a huge order with my family and my #8 club sandwich was a plain Turkey sandwich. I was not satisfied….by it being a call in order. I called the restaurant back and Alisa was so pleasant and courteous that she brightened up the whole mishap. I will definitely be coming back because her personality and customer service was impeccable. Thank you for treating me like a loyal customer.

They can’t hear through the plastic and I can’t hear them. It’s freezing inside so I sat outside. The cheese steak, I didn’t like the steak part. Didn’t like the taste of it. Couldn’t eat it all. Most people there were nice but at least one a bit rude.

Prices are reasonable for the quality and portion sizes, making it a great spot for lunch or a casual dinner. Overall, Jersey Mike’s Subs is a must-visit for sandwich lovers looking for something special. I can't wait to go back and try more from their menu!
