Staff are literally the worse. Usually it's just attitudes which I can handle but today my wife ordered a sub with no tomatoes, as thier making the sub we catch the employee throwing tomatoes off the sub and then lied about it when we confronted her. They remade the sub only to open it at home and it's soggy. Waste of money.

My wife loves the cheese steak sub while the parmesan turkey sub with extra cheese on the parmesan bread is killer for me. Their veggies toppings are always fresh. It's a little slow, but well worth the wait.

Ordered a number 9 cold sub the club Supreme, online the club has lettuce, Tomatoes, meat, cheese, mayo. Apparently the workers asked the man picking up my sandwhich about basically every ingredient, do you want tomatoes? Do you want lettuce? Do you want mayo?
I wanted the sandwich and ALL the ingredients that are supposed to be on it. I got a $17 sandwich with meat, cheese, and mayo. Terrible man, I'm so disappointed, this was definitely not worth it. I hardly enjoyed it. If I didn't want ingredients I would've specified. Please make the sub how it's supposed to come as the default.

This area can be hit or miss. I typically skip fast food all together. But this location was clean, my food was great, and the staff was fast and friendly. I am glad to have another option when I make this trip to Fayetteville.

The staff is really nice and even though I had to wait an additional 15-20min after they incorrectly made my order; I really appreciated the staffs being kind and explaining the situation rather than have me sitting there not knowing.

I don’t usually have a problem with this location. I order online and come pick up, no issue. One time they almost gave me a different Jennifer’s food but that’s been it. Today, though? I ordered at 7:15 (they closed at 8) online. I live 5 minutes away. I ordered 2 regular subs. I noticed it placed it for tomorrow at open. I called at 7:19. She said “I’m sorry, our online is off” so I asked if she can fix it and make it tonight (we can at the restaurant I work at). She said “oh… no… sorry” so I was like “can you at least cancel it?” She said yes. I asked if we could place it on the phone instead and she hung up on me???? So my husband went to go place the order in person, and now it’s 7:32.

The food is delicious but the service is terrible or at least it was today. I called it in, when I went to pick it up no one started it. Then the workers waited on the people on line that came in after I called in my order. Had to leave with no food therefore no lunch. Will definitely keep me from going back.
