Jersey Mike's Subs

I ordered a giant cheese steak with Swiss and provolone cheese onions and no bell peppers but double cheese..paid $25! When I finally came home. This was the absolute worst cheese steak I have ever had ! It had absolutely no flavor..no mayo and I know it didn't have double cheese which I paid for. I will not go back. And when I called they said I should have came right back .I'm in the other side of town and went aware of the fact that it was necessary to taste and look at my sub before walking out ! But amazing enough that we're happy to take my money! I'm disgusted and needless to say didn't get another 1 offered to me or money back .never will I go back ..

I just recently started eating here and loved it, food and service was excellent. Until I went back a few weeks ago and ordered two cheese steak sandwiches, one regular and the other large, and got home and couldn’t enjoy our sandwiches because they added red peppers that were huge and raw. It made the sandwich horrible being that it was so much to pick out and it was creating frustration and made the sandwich taste horrible, so we threw both sandwiches away. Contacted customer service multiple times and no one reached out or got back to me, so I have stopped eating at Jersey Mikes, being that they did not care about me losing 30+ dollars on sandwiches I thought I was going to enjoy but didn’t and still to this day have yet to hear from them. Not going back!!

Ordered a CLUB SUB which comes with mayo lettuce and mayo asked for salt pepper oil and vinegar..I got a dry no mayo lettuce no tomato sub .. where are the things that’s supposed to come on the sub.????? I’m beyond pissed an will never go to this one again.

I love Jersey Mike's. They know how to treat and greet people. Also, the orders are quick and on point. They take time to learn their customers, and when you leave the restaurant, you'll be in a better mood. The cookies can become addictive, so try to have some willpower, lol

I didn’t appreciate so much of my time being wasted today on something that should’ve been simple. It frustrates me to come into an establishment and spend my money and an employee has a nasty condescending attitude. I asked for no cheese and my bowl had to be made over. No apology or nothing, just pretty much kept rushing and enjoying her conversations. I don’t know her name but if I stop in again and she behaves the same way it will be an issue. I’m sure I was clear when I placed my order but the attitude is something I didn’t request. For certain my time is valuable.

I went for lunch today and the staff were my favorite ppl in the world. They were so precious and kind and made my day. Best lunch crew ever. And the greeter did an amazing job and was so friendly. Food was great per usual.

There were flies, walking on uncovered, tomatoes and lattice.

Not only was the establishment clean, but the employees kept everything fast and the food was excellent. Thank you guys will be back again.

Prices are up and portions are smaller.

I've never had a bad experience here. The food was fresh, prepared quickly and correctly. The employees were pleasant as always.

I frequent the Speediprint beside here very often and know this is not a brand new store, but it sure does look like a brand new store in the way that they have taken such good care of it. Very clean! Such perfect sandwiches and such a wonderful staff and such a quick experience despite the long line what an excellent job! Well done! Delicious #7, 17, & 8! So glad that it’s right around the corner from our work at Manna University!
