The bread was hard as if it was frozen. There wasn't enough toppings for the sub, the tomatoes was hard. The cashier appeared to be inpatient with me while I was trying to order my sandwich. The guy who was fixing my sandwich asked me if I wanted it cut in half and I stated yes. He then told me that it would be $2.00. I looked at him as if he was crazy. I wasn't charged because I would have canceled my order and went next door to Chipotle.

I love Jimmy John’s and frequent this location as it is closest to my home. I enjoy the food and MOST of the staff however the white girl with auburn red color hair is downright lazy, rude and lacks decorum and customer service. Every time I come during the week, evening time she’s working and she seems so “blah”. I never see her fixing any food, she doesn’t get orders right when at the register and tonight while a fellow (black) coworker was folding rugs, preparing for closing she sat there and didn’t assist nor did she get up to get my pick up order while the other worker was WORKING! The entitlement and absolute laziness is appalling not to mention after I walked out she magically got up to take a WHITE customers order but couldn’t get up to hand me mine? Weird.

I recently started going to the Skibo location and the people there are fantastic snd friendly, and sandwiches are always great.

This has to be the downright worst Jimmy Johns in the area. It's insane. This location is very close to my house and you'd think with a motto like "Freaky Fast" it would be speedy... but, it's just freaky. This location has done the following consistently.
-Dropped my order
-Not delivered my order
-Taken over an hour to deliver .5 miles away
-Given me the wrong order
-Not made my order (ticket is literally sitting on the printer)
-Taken 5 minutes to take my order (only customer in the building)
Hopefully from management will see this and make some changes. But, it's sad because Jimmy Johns used to be great. Now it's trash.

I checked in for curb side pickup, and waiting 5 minutes after check in, I had to call to find out where my order was. Whoever answered, put the phone down on the counter (I could still hear restaurant noise), and brought my order to me. To top it off, when I got to where I was going, I opened the bag, and one of my items was missing. Very disappointed with this visit

Ordered a #12, only had turkey on half my sandwich. Also ordered a #3 asked it to be cut in half, wasn't cut in half and was soaking wet. These people literally don't do their job.Edit: called the shop and they gave me the correct sandwiches, weirdly asked for the half eaten sandwiches back. (That's against health code, but apparently they don't care too much about that) At least this time I actually got a turkey sandwich.

Richard took our order he works horribly under pressure! He told us Two people called out which I get can be frustrating from working customer service (I’ve done it a million times) but he should not be upset with customers coming in or throwing mini tantrums (attitude/punching the counter, throwing his hands in the air) because people are coming in to order.

Kickin ranch is gone. I have no other reason for the one star or any reason to visit jimmy johns over any other sandwich shop. Thanks for the years of enjoyment. You took away the only thing that made you stand out. Goodbye.
