I love Jimmy John’s and frequent this location as it is closest to my home. I enjoy the food and MOST of the staff however the white girl with auburn red color hair is downright lazy, rude and lacks decorum and customer service. Every time I come during the week, evening time she’s working and she seems so “blah”. I never see her fixing any food, she doesn’t get orders right when at the register and tonight while a fellow (black) coworker was folding rugs, preparing...
I paid a total of 33.97 for my sandwiches. Everyone sandwich was drive. To have a sandwich with oil/vinegar and you don’t taste it at all (if you ask for extra you run the risk of being charged extra. The female that took my order tried to take my points for my food until I told her I can’t add my number for my points. She had it ring me up all over again so I can get my points. ??One of the sandwich makers was so nice and polite. He’s the only person that made my trip there...
Food good,and fresh,clean store. But! the guy who took our order was not ,friendly nor very helpful.our 1st time there and we won't be back. He n ever smiled once nor responded to us when we had questions etc. He also never said hi,bye or acknowledged us when we said thank you as we were leaving
