They get one star from me . They never answer the phone. Two orders one hour apart. And they tell my driver that the other was picked up an hour again. Two orders one with a drink one without a drink. Two completely different order numbers . Im seriously wondering if something is wrong with them . Two completely different order two completely different order number and these people told my driver it’s the same order .

Those chicken strips were delicious. Seasoned perfectly. Also, the fries were fresh, hot, and so tasty. Lastly, the young Man who was working the drive thru that day was very courteous, attentive, and on point with asking all the right questions. When I get back to Fayetteville I definitely will be visiting again.
Stopped by to get something for dinner. Hardly any wait time, very pleasant staff. Will come here again.

Went through drive-thru on July 2nd 2025, about 4:15 p.m.. first off the speaker was super low outside, can hardly hear the person on the other end. When I got up to the window, the lady that was working, I told her that I could hardly hear anything, she turned her back and closed the window. When she opened the window again I asked her if she heard what I said she said yes, there's nothing I can do about the speaker, and then turned her back and closed the window on me again. I get it, if there is nothing you can do about the speaker, or the weather affects it, but to completely disregard what a customer is trying to say to a staff member, and turn your back and close the window on me, it's completely unacceptable. Reading most of these reviews, it's obvious that the managers could care less, or corporate even can care less, because I don't see anybody making any comments or suggestions to the negative remarks that have been posted on here. That is a quick way to lose customers, you already don't have a very good rating, not looking good for yourselves doing things like this.

The customer service was fabulous!! Staff was friendly and accommodating. My order of gizzards was a little salty but otherwise great. I went through the drive-thru so I have no opinion on the atmosphere.
