I received a doordash order from here and the manager on staff had me impressed, did an excellent job communicating wait times for orders and adjusting orders with the customers to get them served and out the door faster, i had a long wait for my order and was offered a drink while i waited and anyone else i saw who had a long wait was compensated fairly

The service is top notch The employees and managers are nice and respectful and I like the food I'd recommend the chicken littles and the spicy crispy chicken sandwich its served fast and hot and my family usually comes here with no issue at all usually I didn't think much of it at first I was nervous but the employees and the manager Diontay Jackson is kind it makes me feel welcomed. its worth it.

Great service, I never wait more than 4 minutes for my order, they welcome me every time I come in .. the general manager Deonte is the best .. he fixes all my problems and trust me I barely have any at this store compared to the other KFC's in Fayetteville... It's something about their hot wings that are different compared to the other KFCs I highly recommend... Y'all come to KFC on cliffdale/ Raeford road .. I promise you it's worth it

Made a mobile order, said 5 to 15 mins. When I walked in to pick up my order, they had not even started on it yet. The store was dead, there is no excuse for it not to have been done by the time I arrived. Then when they were making it, they moved super slow. The reason I ordernonline for pick up is so it will be ready when I arrive. Waiting an additional 10 mins for my food made me late to a meeting. What's the point of mobile orders if the orders aren't being made....

I work near by and come by from time to time for lunch and everytime I have been there Ms Debra and her crew have been great. The food is put together now just thrown together like some other places and it is always clean.

Be careful about ordering delivery from this store.
I have made 2 orders thru the KFC app. Both times I was missing several items from My order. The store blames the Doordash driver. Doordash driver says the store didn't provide the right bags. Store says there isn't anything they can do, I have to go through the 800 number for a refund. Horrible experience. No more KFC delivery for this house.
